Do you think the staff is important in this type of game mode and why?: [I think the staff rank is important because we need to find malicious cheaters and help out the player base.]

If you suspect foul play within a faction, what are your first moves? (DDOS, excessive harassment): [If Ddosing is accruing I will blacklist to do so. If harassment is repetitive I will mute them from chat so they can't harass the other players.]

How and why would being staff, in your opinion, on Arcev be interesting? [Everything seems to be custom coded, I don't usually get staff on really good servers like this. The only other custom coded server that I know was VeltPvP, and no way am I going to be able to get staff on there.]

Initial thoughts on the server?: [The builds are amazing, and I like the kb. It's just that I can't quite get good MS. I don't know why.] Your reasons for wanting to be staff(Other than simply helping?): [Considering that staff is mainly to help, I think I'll be helping rather than not. All the other reasons for to why I want to be staff is listed below.

Honesty/Trustworthy

Trustworthy comes with honesty, because if you are not honest, why would people want to trust you? I would consider myself an exceptionally honest person (I'm most of the times honest but others I will lie my way out of a sticky situation) to the point where EVEN if I need to hurt someone’s feelings to either A): get the point across or B): help them understand and know something important. This may sound harsh or rude, but I am merely stating situations that may arise in a staff member’s job.

Helpfulness

I feel that in a staff team(or even in a business) that each person should bring their own unique way of doing things to the table. Every person is different, and every person is unique and special in their own kind of way. I feel that with my unique personality of being a little more curious and quiet, I would be a benefit to the Arcev staff team, not a hindrance.

Dedication

If you have a job in the real world, then you know that you have to stay dedicated to it. The same thing goes for a YouTube channel. (Don't give up until you reach your goal) People only subscribe to you if you upload consistently and stay dedicated and if they like the kind of content your making. The same thing also goes for being a staff member. You must be active on the server and be dedicated to helping out the server and the people on it. However, a Minecraft server should not be your number one priority in life. Anything that involves educational purposes should be #1, such as school. As my dad always says (and some of my friends), “Work hard, play hard”. Do your homework, work hard, then play Minecraft, play hard.

Maturity

I would consider myself mature for my age (even though I'm only 13) because of two things: my everyday environment, and my personality type. My everyday environment at school is very different from all my classmates, I tend to stay inside and would rather do homework rather than play outside. My classmates are noisy, obnoxious, and rambunctious while I am quiet and sober. I don’t like being social around other people that much which attributes to my personality. I am definitely what you would call a curious person. I would way rather sit in my house and read a book than go to a bowling match with my friends. Given these attributes, I would consider myself more mature than most people my age. I love to study Spanish and English to expand my knowledge as a person.]

Some information about yourself: [ I love to play outside a lot, I've got GREAT grades in school. School actually just is just starting up, that's why I'm trying to get staff on here. I play a few sports as well, I play Volleyball, Tennis, and Soccer. One final thing, I am multilingual, I can speak a bit of Spanish. (I took the class). Also, I forgot to mention, I understand that I am younger than most people, especially on a staff team, so that's why I applied. My age doesn't matter considering I am 13 at the moment, but I will be turning 14 soon. All I'm asking for you to do is take my application into consideration, please and thank you.]
