- The sun rose atop another day in Astera, the sounds of the crew of the five fleets starting their labors andthe strong splashinh of the waterfall coming down awoke everybody from their slumber. The usual normal routine of every worker, every felyne and every Hunter started as any other day would.
- This included our rambunctious pack of familiar goofball hunters, who celebrated another day of incoming injuries, mishaps and loot with another banquet of meat, veggies and mead. Jug were risen, food was devoured, jokes at Snake's expense were thrown. You know, the usual...
- However, this was far from an ordinary day. As an air of uncertainty and mystery could be felt amongst the breeze.
- "Guys, I think that an air of uncertainty and mystery is being felt amongst the breeze." Anya, the leaping lass, unceremoniusly pointed out, making our previous narration redundant. Her words were met with a set of confused eyes.
- "I don't know what you're talking about." Expressed Khyrex, the joker ace, following a sip of his brevage. "I don't feel my Stand acting up. And everything seems pretty ordinary to me."
- "Oh really." Retorted the now silver-haired maiden, "So you say every morning a strange cactus creature just happens to pose upon your head?"
- Khyrex glanced upwards to be shocked to find a strange unusual green creature, currently in a stiff weird pose atop of his nogging. Shooing him away just prompting it to bounce upon him ever more enthusiatically.
- "Hm, I did feel like something was odd..." Added Gavin, the team's Weapon master, "I mean, Berri had been acting stranger than usual..."
- He pointed out to their common ally Berri, who was currently going from stand to stand shouting at the top of his lungs. "Welcome to Corneria! Welcome to Corneria! Welcome to Corneria!"
- "Ugh, Daemos if you please." Groaned the blue-haired hunter before Dameos, the sharpshooting snarker, headed towards his fellow friend to aid him in his illness...by emans of comedic injuring.
- "Welcome to Corneria! Welcome to Corneria! Welcome to Corne---*SLAM!!!*"
- Berri went down like a lug, only to wake up moments later with the biggest of headaches. "What the hell, man!?"
- "It was for the benefit of all mankind, Berri." Was Daemos response.
- "I guess weird things are really happening." Spoke Strider, the slicing-samurai leader. "Xehanorto seems to be stuck in the same way..."
- "Darkness! Darkness! Darkness!" Shouted their seemesly not-nefarious bald scientific hunter Xehanorto, only for the rest to just shake their heads.
- "Nah, that is normal for him." Claimed KnightMage, the ever-endearing master huntress.
- "Regardless, soemthing weird is going on and we gotta get to the bottom of this." Proclaimed Strider, standing off his seat. "Things may be getting out of control..and you know that whenever that happens it means a Monster...and when there's a Monster there is..."
- "LOOT!!" Exclaimed everyone in unison. Ready to face whatever weird anomaly was causing this disturbance.
- "That's it! Let's go!" Strider shout. As another adventure unfolds...
- -------------------
- But as our band of intrepid yet idiotic hunters headed to the Wildspire Wastes, the biggest known sight of the weirdness; Something was brewing up deep in the Elder's Recess. Soemthing powerful. Something sinister...
- Crimson clouds forming atop the cold stone, lightning striking firecly upon the ground. A shadowly creature emerging. A dakr violet beast of massive size and incredible power...
- Would our brave heroes be able to fell such cerature from a distant land? Or comedically fail as per usual?
- This is one tale we will have to wait and see...
