I might have a few very angry fans to deal with once I start trying to clear out a few from the list of people on Steam that aren't my friends, but never gives me any time to play or chat with friends, since they're always sending me messages. One of them always tries to start an RP with me even if I'm in-game, without even asking me first. >_>

Plus, they were one of my past commissioners, just that makes me feel all the more obligated to give them attention.

I guess I just get so caught up in trying to make everyone happy that I just create more issues, and also give some people the wrong idea about me. That guy starts up a random RP while I'm gaming, and I just go with it as best I can. Then he assumes that he can do that every time I'm online from now on. He seemed like a nice guy, but I may have to remove him first.

  34. [4/10/2015 10:40:27 PM] Shrimp Noodle: Nice! I finally upgraded my Great Sword, but now it just looks like an oversized steak knife taped to my back, wooden handle and all.
  35. [4/10/2015 10:41:39 PM] Scootie: Never matters what it becomes, as long as it becomes stronger, I have a few great swords I use myself, some for dragon slaying and another for fire monsters, I have one that even paralyzes monsters

I'm currently trying to get this great sword that also has poison effects as well, so I can poison enemies with every hit. I've also starting developing a gunlance as well, so I can use that sometimes in hunts.
  37. [4/10/2015 10:45:57 PM] Scootie: Ah, if your gonna use the gunlance, I suggest getting use to the lance first, the lance and gunlance can be slow, but it's more of a punish type weapon
  38. [4/10/2015 10:51:34 PM] Scootie: I just have a big variety of melee weapons to use, Great Sword, Sword and Shield, Hammer, Lance, and Chargeblade are my current ring of weapons
  39. [4/10/2015 10:59:46 PM] Shrimp Noodle: Nice, I've been working on learning how to use a few new weapons myself. A Lance would be a just place to start for me though, since I've been kinda flailing aimlessly with the Gunlance so far. Maybe I'll learn how to fight with two blades as well, for taking on faster monsters.

  41. [4/10/2015 11:03:10 PM] Scootie: Like Sometimes I have to fight a giant spider and I have to use the great sword, you have to learn how to be mobile with it more.
  42. [4/10/2015 11:03:58 PM] Scootie: You can't really just have it out in front of you all the time, so you'll be doing more rolling, unsheathing for attacks and then sheathing for when you really gotta get away
  43. [4/10/2015 11:04:41 PM] Scootie: So learning really how to be a more mobile Hunter to keep your hidey hole safe from monsters trying to wreck you will really help, and the Great Sword teach just that!
  44. [4/10/2015 11:06:44 PM] Scootie: Every weapon is different and offer certain play styles, Lances for patience, defensive fighters looking for big openings. Great Sword for mobile, big strikes on big chances, the Hammer if you wanna bring the Slam Jam to a monster's face, and also be defenseless like dual bladess

  48. [4/10/2015 11:17:41 PM] Shrimp Noodle: Also, that's what I gradually realized about the Great sword: It's only truly effective in battle when you stay mobile, and shealth and unshealth it a lot. Otherwise, you're just a sitting duck holding with a giant weight constantly slowing you down.
  49. [4/10/2015 11:18:30 PM] Scootie: Mhmm, also with it's power along with Sleep bombing, it really gives monsters a really RUDE awakening, sometimes even killing
  50. [4/10/2015 11:25:21 PM] Shrimp Noodle: Yeah, I love doing that, but sneaking up on sleeping monsters and utterly ruining their sweet dreams with a fully charged attack. ^_^

  54. [4/10/2015 11:48:46 PM] Scootie: When Monsters are sleeping, I walk up and set them right at the face, now either you can use the mini bomb to set off the big bomb, you just use a charge attack
