Character Sheet -
Name: William Trey

Age: 30

Appearance: Normally he is a somewhat scrawny man, not really muscular, though with not any real fat on him. However, with use of his powers, his muscles inflate somewhat.
If he is more towards his Light Side he grows taller, and more muscular, with an almost radiant shine to him, with short blond hair, and glowing gold eyes.
If he towards the dark, the shadows around him grow darker, and while he gets larger muscles, he's more bulky, looking more like a beast than a man, and his hair grows longer, rougher and in a deep black, and his eyes glow a light red.

Backstory: His parents were both somewhat powerful people, one had the ability to bend light, and the other could make shadows solid. They however lived their lives normally, not really caring to be heroes. However, when their child was born he got his powers early, and was put on a medication to stop them to let him learn a life without them. However, when he grew up he was found to be schizophrenic so they decided to never tell him about his parents. After their death in a tragic car accident he left his meds, but soon forgot his past, and found the voices in his head. Now he lives to be a hero without a past.

Power: Solar Eclipse - At peak day or peak night, Blazar's powers can be somewhat different. Listening to the voices in his head he can either follow the path of the righteous or the path of revenge.
The Light path gives him a tactile telekinesis, utilizing the sunlight as a form of hard-light to create a barrier around himself, inflate his muscles to become stronger, heal more quickly, or at its peak even fly and fire beams from his eyes.

Following the darkness he takes anger and violence out against those he is told deserve it, ranging from murderers, to even just petty thieves. He can manipulate the shadows around him to form entities, weapons, or use them to peer into people's minds. He can as well wrap himself in the darkness at peak powers, increasing his strength and durability, and becoming city threat if given enough control, wrapping everything in tentacles of darkness that could rip buildings apart.

If he ignores the shadow side however, it grows resentful and stronger, reaching out from him and infecting others with it's power, making his own villains. His light side can also power itself up overtime, storing the light he receives from the sun over time as a hidden power source, but since it is powered by the righteous it never reaches out and infects others, only occasionally forcing him to stand up and do good if the moment requires it.

Cape Name: Blazar

Costume: A black suit, with a carbon-fiber texture and a gold trim. The trim forms a v in various places and goes over the shoulders, and as a belt. In the center of his chest is his symbol, a Gold 'star' with a shiny black accretion disk, with two gold beams coming out, one towards his left shoulder.
He has a wide cape that covers his shoulders that in Day form takes a radiant silver shimmer or in night spikes out with the darkness forming a large, looming silhouette.
