scene 1: thanos watches the sunset from his cave, as he sees the dust from the inhabitants being blown in the wind, followed by the cries and wails of the aliens who lived there.
thanos: -sighs contently- "perfectly balanced. the way all things should be." thanos admiires the twisted and burnt gauntlet and returns to his cave.

scene 2: tony and nebula on titan.
tony: -rubs forehead with eyes closed, head looking down-
nebula, sitting next to him: "i cant...i cant beleive he did it, we have to return to the sanc-"
tony: "we gotta..i have to get back to earth, i have to go to queens...i have to see may, this was all on me, i should have done something...i have to talk to...-tony sits up, eyes wide open-...pepper"

scene 3
in wakanda:
okoye is sprinting towards the tower away from the tree line , with tears running down her face, trying to avoid the dead aliens.
she arrives at the base of the tower and sees m'baku and a hysterical ramonda embracing.

m'baku looks up with a single tear running down his cheek and meets eyes with okoye.
m"baku walks to okoye and whispers: "she doesnt know yet of T'challa"
okoye: "...shuri?
M'baku looks down and nods and walks towards the tree line.

scene 4
tree line, steve is looking over the body of the vision with the rest of the heroes.
Steve: "how did this happen, how did we lose? why was vision even here WHY DID BUCK HAVE TO G- (steve turns to buckys machine gun) why did bucky have to go." steve slumps back down
Natasha "steve, i know youre angry, we all are, and we all want answers too, but we have to reamin calm now, we can think of a pla-
Steve "im not angry, Nat, im pissed off, we cant lose, not like this"
Natasha: "youre begining to sound like tony"
Steve "Where was tony in all of this? was he hiding behind some stupid accords, too scared of Ross?" (steve kicks bucks machine gun and it hits a tree, and it breaks in half)
Bruce: last i saw him, he was fighting Thanos' henchmen with a couple wizards in new york, he could still be there...or maybe not"
Natasha "thanks, bruce, we really needed that"
Bruce "i was just trying to help...and be realisti-im sorry"
Thor: (looking up into the sky) "hes not in new york.."

Scene 5
a limping Thanos is walking along a river, still wearing the gauntlet.
-female voice over- "you did it, thanos"
thanos turns side to side and clinches the gauntlet, the gems start to hum "show yourself"
voice "youve already seen me, youve used me already once now..."
Thanos begins turning around frantically "who are you?"
a black cloaked figure appears from thin air
voice: "i am death"
thanos cocks his head to the side and lowers the gauntlet- "why are you here, what do you want?"
Death: "ive come to warn you"
Thanos: "i fear no one, i am the mighty thanos, the mad titan!, i have the power of all the stones, i am the only being who is capable of posessing all of them, im the only being with the will and the drive to use them, what could i possibly be scared of?"
Death: " The Devourer"

Scene 6
tony and nebula on titan:
an exasaperated Tony points to the remains of the ebony maws ship.
Tony: thats the only back home, it came to earth, maybe the coordinates are in the ships computer still.
nebula: you really think you can fly it? i mean look at it, half of it is gone. you cant possibly hope to-

Tony: did you see that suit i was wearing?
Nebula: yeah i saw it, what of it?
tony: i made the very first version of it in a cave, in afghanistan, with nothing but a box of scraps! i flew it here in the first place! thats why im here!
Nebula: and see what happened? if it wasnt for you, we wouldnt be here!

Tony is face to face with nebula gritting his teeth and shaking.
Tony: Dont you dare blame peters death on me you...fuc-
-a loud boom and crack happens as the bifrost appears-
Tony and nebula both look to the side and see thor.

Nebula: what is that?
Thor: the Bifrost. we are going back to earth.
Tony to nebula: i guess thats my ride back.
nebula to thor: why are you here?
thor: we need tony
nebula rolls her eyes. "ok, why do you need tony?"
Thor: "revenge for thanos."
Nebula: im going with you

scene 7:
the trio arrive just outside avengers HQ.
Tony to thor: you ever consider working for uber...lyft...being a taxi driver?

the trio walk into the staging area filled with various costumed heroes.

Charles Xavier wearing cerebro rolls past tony tony, nebula, and Thor. "we're the Xmen"
Tony: excuse me?
Charles: sorry tony, you were thinking it, i just answered it"
Tony stammers: Well-well arlight then
Charles: whats a borg?
Tony stammers again "its nothing its from an old tv show.."
Steve and Natasha enter the room as tony, thor, and nebula start to mingle with the xmen

Steve: Mr. Xavier, im Steve Rogers and this is..
Natsaha: Natasha Romanoff
natasha shakes hands with xavier as magneto floats down from the ceiling.
charles: this is an old friend of mine, Erik Lehnsherr
Nat and Erik shake hands
Erik: pleasure to meet you
Steve extends his hand to Erik
Steve: im Steve rog-
Erik: i know who you are.
Steve still has hand out and looks up concerned at erik
Erik scowls at Steve and turns his back to him and walks into the bigger group.

Steve leaves charles and natasha and follows erik.
steve comes up behind erik and touches his shoulder
Steve: we are as angry and as hurt as you erik. we can fix this.
Erik: why shoud i trust you!this isnt the first time youve failed humanity, steve rogers!
a concerned steve: what?
Erik: where were you while the world was war?
Erik begins to float and the bulding begins to rumble and shake and looks down at steve.
Erik grits his teeth and clinches his fists: where were you when my parents and my people were slaughtered at the hands of the nazis!?
The group gets silent and looks up at Erik
Charles: THATS QUITE ENOUGH ERIK!
Erik begins screaming at steve: WHERE WERE YOU, STEVE ROGERS, WHEN I SAW MY MOTHER DIE BEFORE MY OWN EYES? FIGHTING SOME SCIENTISTS FOR YOUR FACE TO BE IN A NEWSPAPER? WHERE WERE YOU WHEN MUTANTS WERE BEING OPPRESSED AND PERSECUTED?"
charles: ERIK, I SAID ENOUGH!
Steve: im a soldier erik, i was just following orders, those scientists are why we are in the same room together!

Erik: FOLLOWING ORDERS? I WAS AT THE MERCY OF MEN JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS! YOU LET IT HAPPEN,"CAPTAIN AMERICA"
erik flips up his hand and Steve flies backward and crashes into the back wall and destroys the cinderblocks leaving steve in a pile of rubble with steel girders still in the wall.

Erik whispers: never again.
the steel girders begin to wrap around steves neck and he begins to suffocate
Charles: ERIK, STOP! PLEASE!

Erik calms back down and releases the steel girders around caps neck. and sulks off through the crowd of heroes.
 Steve gets back up and catches his breath.
Steve to charles. "hes right. i didnt do enough then, and i didnt do enough now."
Natasha goes the crowd and meets clint.
Nat: clint, im actually happy to see you here. where were you?
clint: im retired, nat. i was at home.
nat: dont sound too happy about being retired, id love to kick back one day, if i had a family, id love to be around them, hows laura?
Clint shakes his head.
nat: oh god. clint, im so sorry. how did coop and lila handle it?
clint remains silent.
clint stammers: they...theyre...theyre gone.
clint sobs.
clint and nat embrace.
clint regains his compusure.
clint: i want back at him. we're not called the avengers for nothing. we avenge, nat. thats what we are going to do. one way or another. we will get him.
cut to deadpool.
deadpool looks to the audience.
deadpool: thats right, its gonna be a revenge story. and to be honest, this is lame fanfiction, and the writer only wants me in here to diffuse a dramatic moment with humour. you know to lighten the mood. theres probably gonna be a cliff hanger at the end of this scene too, because it creates tension and the writer thinks its forshadowing. shit, he probably thinks its cool to reference galactus and to have other characters interupt other char-
Rocket sees deadpool talking to wall.
rocket to deadpool: who ya talking to?
Deadpool to audience: -acters lines for dramatic purposes and to introduce a character who will only have one speaking line.
Rocket breathes in as if to start speaking

Cap to natasha: im going to siberia to get my shield. bruce is coming with me. there may be hydra agents there, ill need all the help i can get.

deadpool: that was rockets only line. and it was a dumb line too, you see im actually talking to the fourth wall and rocket had to explain that i was doing that. meta. any way thats the end of act 1.
