Covet: Felix had been out in the drive way, shooting some hoops, because he'd been getting antsy inside most of the day organizing pictures for his Gallering thingy coming up in a couple of weeks. He was requested another twenty or so shots enough to fill the gallery, entirely. He'd had enough of that and wanted a break and needed some fresh air, and he hadn't done much basketball over the summer at all.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph got a ride home with someone she'd met at swim tryouts, the car pulling into the driveway and stopping before the basketball area since Felix was doing his thing. Climbing out and grabbing her gym bag, she waved at Keegan before making her way up to Felix, a wide grin spread across her face. "Hey. I thought you'd be fussing with pictures still." She said, running her fingers back through her wet chlorine gross hair.-
Covet: "I was, but then I wasn't because I was getting distracted and couldn't focus. Who was that?" He asked nodding his head in the direction of Keegan, also....you look like you're all sorts of smiles... I take it that is good news...right?" He asked her grabbing the ball as it bounced back towards him.
Alexithymiaa: -She nodded her head quickly, shifting the bag on her shoulder uncomfortably. "You are looking at the newest member of the Northwest State swim team. Barely. Apparently my reputation speaks louder than my actual skill. The coach said that she expects more out of me than I gave out tryouts and is going to give me the benefit of the doubt considering my sports background and I'm injured. So... yeah. And I won't actually be swimming in any real races for a while, but I'm still on the team and can practice and maybe eventually get a ranked spot." She was still grinning because despite being essentially benched, she still made the team. "That's Keegan. I met her at tryouts. She made the team too."-
Covet: Felix walked over to her and went to give her a hug, and a kiss, "Congrats Red, I knew you could do it. Even if it is by the skin of your teeth. Now you have no excuses to not try harder, and work your knee more." He told her, still smiling. "I'm really proud of you, and that you made a new friend at tryouts too."
Alexithymiaa: -She wrapped her arms around him, returning the kiss. "I'm excited. And I know if I practice I can definitely get better and challenge someone for their ranking." She leaned back and shifted again, nodding. "Yeah, she's cool. She actually recognized me, which felt weird. She's a fan of the Kittens." She glanced toward the house, shoving at her gross hair. "I'm going to go hop in the shower. Why don't you make us a little celebratory snack?"-
Covet: "I'm excited and I fear for the person you challenge." Felix said looking at her, "Hey look at that, a fan and a friend. That's pretty cool." He said. "I can make us a snack, what did you have in mind?" Felix asked her as he followed her towards the house to walk with her.
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "I don't know, something hot. Maybe the leftover fish from last night?" She asked as she headed into the house, bending to pet the dogs greeting them at the door. "I won't be long, I just want to rinse off. And then we can celebrate." She said, rising a bit to kiss him again before wandering off into their bedroom so she could strip and jump in the shower. // Kristen pulled her flaming red Chevelle into the driveway, the engine rumbling in true muscle car form. This is why she was Steph's favorite Kitten. Climbing out of her car in casual dress, jeans and a loose fitting t-shirt with her multicolored hair tied up in a bun on top of her head, she walked up to the front door to knock, trying to compose herself, but she was already in tears all over again. She had clearly been crying before she got there because her excessive black eyeliner was running down her face.-
Covet: "Okay I can do that." Felix said smiling, because all the proud of her being proactive about the food choices and shit. He had gotten the leftovers out and dished up so that he could put them in the microwave to warm up, when he heard the rumble outside and then shortly after the knock on the door. He walked over and pushed the dogs back, to see Kristen there looking all sad girly, "Hey Kristen....Steph's in the shower right now, but you can come inside." He offered gingerly because girl crying.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph did shower things. // Kristen blinked at Felix, managing to squeak out "Okay..." before she stepped inside, her hands hugging to her chest as she looked around. "I'm sorry for just showing up unannounced, I just needed someone to talk to..." She trailed off, sniffling hard as the tears poured down her face.-
Covet: "No it's fine, don't apologize for it. We're just celebrating Steph getting on the swim team. She's getting the pool water out of her hair, while I get her something to eat. Can I get you anything?" He asked offering her a seat at the counter, checking the foods to make sure they weren't getting too hot.
Alexithymiaa: -Climbing out of the shower, she wrapped her towel around her body and shook her hair out, sort of just walking blindly back into the bedroom so she could pull some shorts on and steal one of Felix's shirts. "Did I buy beer?" She called out as she got dressed. // Kristen took a seat at the counter, neatly folding her hands in front of her as she stared down at them. "That's really nice. That you guys have each other and can celebrate that together." She said before beginning to cry harder, putting her head down on her arms.-

Covet: "Yeah it is... Steph's been working rea-" He stopped when Kristen started to cry. He reached out and patted her ont he shoulder, thankful when he heard Steph call out, "Uh, you might have some in the fridge... if you didn't buy it I know I didn't buy it. By the way, Kristen is here so put clothes on before you come out."
Alexithymiaa: "What?" She said confused, buttoning the shirt up most of the way before walking out, squinting at Kristen's figure sitting at the counter. "What's going on?" She asked with confusion, but Kristen wasnt the 'show up' type. // Kristen slowly looked up when Steph came back into the room, beginning to blubber. "Josh posted a picture of him and some rando in Cali with a flirty caption. And she commented back with a kiss emoji." // Steph sighed, walking over and wrapping Kristen into a hug as the girl cried. "I'm sorry. He's a dick. You know he's a dick." Her eyes darted over to Felix with a frown. "They're not all dicks, I promise."-
Covet: "Nah, He's not a dick. He's a douchebag. Big difference there. I'm a dick. He's a douchebag." Felix said thankful to have Steph there to help ease the tension. "We could go down there this weekend with the girls and you could have an epic break up with him. If they can turn flash mobs into proposals, I'm sure we could do the same for a breakup and humiliate the shit out of him."

Alexithymiaa: "Right. He's a douchebag." She said, happy to be corrected in the instance. "No.. we're not going down there this weekend. You're not going to give him the satisfaction of knowing he won. You're going to beat him at his own game and be happy with anyone you want to be happy with." She paused, leaning back to look at the girl's blurry face. "You know you never meant the same to him that he did to you." // Kristen swallowed hard and wiped her face. "It would be easier to just kick his ass. Fuck, I need a cigarette." She said as she wiped her cheeks, smearing black make up towards her ears. "Thanks... I'll... I'll be right back." She said as she headed out the back door, already beginning to cry again before she could even get her cigarettes out of her bag.-
Covet: "Kicking his ass wouldn't be gratifying enough. Not for as long as he's treated you like this. It's gotta be bigger." Felix said. "So instead we should take her out this weekend and help her hook up?" He asked as Kristen got up. He needed to distract himself from the word cigarette, cause it made his fingers itch.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph waited until Kristen was outside before sighing and shaking her head. "He might be a douche, but she walked into this one. He's been stringing her along for months with the promise that he'll commit to her and he never does. And then they fight and he promises her the world and she just caves and they start all over again. She's been his glorified booty call and she doesn't see it." She climbed up onto the stool, resting her hand in her hand. "She needs to fill the void with someone who sucks less."-
Covet: "Oh I know, I've heard you talking about it. Doesn't change the fact that he deserves to be called out for his bullshit. I know you got a lot on your plate right now, but maybe you two could work on a song together? Describing just how shitty of a person he is...." He suggested. "If he shows up anywhere, should I big brother that situation and tell him to get the fuck out?"
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "That's not a bad idea..." She said, slipping off her stool and walking into the living room to grab her notebook, bringing it back into the kitchen. "We're trying this new thing where no one gets into fights, so I'm going to vote a hard no on that one. But thank you even though she's older than you." // Kristen opened the back door and stepped back into the house smelling like a whole pack of fucking cigarettes, heading back over into the kitchen considerably calmer than before the cigarette. "I'm sorry I ruined your celebration. Congratulations on making the team, by the way. We all knew you were going to."-
Covet: "Well It'd be better than me being the obnoxious younger brother, and you guys wouldn't be getting into a fight. I would. I'm not part of the band...and I'd use intimidation before I used any sort of force." He said with a cheeky look. He could smell the cigarette smoke on Kristen as she came in and that only made it worse. He turned around to pull the food out of the microwave, because it's smell would overcome the smoke smell, but not really. He slid Steph her plate, then dug into his own, "You didn't interupt anything too big. Nothing that we can't keep celebrating over the weekend anyways. Besides, you needed someone, and we're here for you."
Alexithymiaa: "Exactly. Now..." She slapped the notebook in front of Kristen on a clean page, tossing her a pen. "Write. Whatever you want. However you feel. Be as angry and upset as you want to be. Scribble. Anything goes. And then we're going to go through it and we're going to write a song that when he hears it, he'll feel two inches tall." She said with a grin, giving Kristen a pat before digging into her salmon. Eating foods, good things. // Kristne smiled weakly at the two of them. "Thanks guys. You're good friends." She looked down at the notebook, picking up the pen and just going to town with all the upset thoughts.-
