Room Setting

The setting is an Alternate Universe with a time diversion at one critical plot point. All For One defeated All Might, leaving both exhausted and overexerted. All Might survived, though he exhausted his last embers of All For One.

In response, criminals across the city were invigorated with the watchful gaze of All Might gone from them. Crime skyrocketed over the next few weeks; while the pro heroes do their best, there's only so much they can do with the sheer volume and variety of crime. Due to this, it was proposed and approved that certain exceptional students would be given provisional licenses under the watching eye of established pro heroes.

Hopefully this new deputy program will serve to curb the wave of evil that is threatening to consume everything.
