  1. ~4kg chickpeas *500g
  2. --------------------------------------------
  3. Blend these with spices first then add chickpeas and blend some more (we used around 2x2kg bags of bonduelle chickpeas)

  5. 100g or so tahini *25g
  6. 1/2bundle parsley *baby fistfull
  7. 3-4 whole chilies (choose your heat level i prefer around medinas) *1 whole
  8. 6 gloves of garlic *1 glove
  9. 4dL of oil *1dl
  10. 1kg of eggs~ *250g

  12. 300g cornstarch *100g

  14. spices: cumin, 2-4 star anises,smoked (sweet) paprika(the good tincan stuff), chilipowder (cayenne), allspice,white pepper,salt (60g *14g) and some cardamom

  17. (blend with hi-power stick-blender (i mean it) to smooth and do testfry to see if it tastest tolerable or if you need to throw some additional spices)
