- ~4kg chickpeas *500g
- --------------------------------------------
- Blend these with spices first then add chickpeas and blend some more (we used around 2x2kg bags of bonduelle chickpeas)
- 100g or so tahini *25g
- 1/2bundle parsley *baby fistfull
- 3-4 whole chilies (choose your heat level i prefer around medinas) *1 whole
- 6 gloves of garlic *1 glove
- 4dL of oil *1dl
- 1kg of eggs~ *250g

- 300g cornstarch *100g
- --------------------------------------------
- spices: cumin, 2-4 star anises,smoked (sweet) paprika(the good tincan stuff), chilipowder (cayenne), allspice,white pepper,salt (60g *14g) and some cardamom
- (blend with hi-power stick-blender (i mean it) to smooth and do testfry to see if it tastest tolerable or if you need to throw some additional spices)
- *aprox estimate for quater sized deal if i remember correctly
