Terms of Service/Use

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS

Warranty

Shop services are provided "as is" meaning that unless explicitly stated otherwise no warranty will be provided and as such we do not assume any responsibility or obligation for timeliness, deletion and/or any failure to store user content; however, when a product is paired with a warranty a single replacement may be handed out if available and if the specific product is proven to be tampered with by an "outside influence" meaning neither the shop or the client. Any modification, distribution, resell, reproduce, or display that takes place without explicit permission from the shop owner will result in a void of warranty(s).

Personal Information

When using our services, we may track or log some of your information (with your consent) to better regulate our services as well as to better serve you, such information is included but not limited to: IP Address, Discord Identification, E-Mail Address, username, legal name and or alias(es). In contrary to this, we generally only log your Discord Identification and E-Mail Address. Your information is stored in secure servers and is not distributed to any person(s) who are not legally obliged to keep such information confidential. Your information will only be used at a bare minimum to: provide our services to you, provide a better user experience, log our purchases, enforce our terms of service, and when legally required to in our local laws.

Payments

Upon using any form of payment for our services, you are signifying that you have permission from the holder of the method of payment. If permission is not granted, the shop reserves the right to terminate any and all services linked to the unauthorized payment. All payments completed are final. Refunds will not be issued unless in our sole and absolute discretion. If your credit card or account was used fraudulently for a payment to our shop you must contact us immediately. Under no circumstances are "charge backs" (payments cancelled or voided by banks, card holders, or a payment service) permitted. Any services or products linked to charge backs will be revoked or suspended as well as your logged activity will be blocked from completing any future purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against the shop relating to or regarding payments unless a claim is submitted within 7 days after the charge was made. Upon using any service or product you waive all claims against the shop relating to payments.

Illicit and Illegal Activity

No illicit/illegal activity is permitted, endorsed, or encouraged in any form of fashion in our shop. If you have a request for something to be taken down or a concern regarding the legality of an advertisement/product please contact us. You are responsible for complying with your local laws. All products and services sold are obtained using legal methods which can be verified and proved in a court of law. Our shop is in accordance with our local laws of Russia, all legal disputes or questionings shall be construed in accordance with Russian law. Our shop does not accept any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage, using our services, 3rd party seller's services, or a business partner service unless explicitly stated. Our shop fully complies with the Discord Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

Any service or product shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the shop at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of products or services, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. We reserve the right to "shut down" (close/suspend our services) at any time with or without notice, in such case all listed terms are still in effect unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to permanently suspend, revoke, or modify any product(s)/service(s) in your possession at any time with or without notice. Shop information (prices, products sold, etc.) is subject to change at any time with or without notice. Our shop's subsidiaries, affiliates, and its administration do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected;  or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements/standards.
We may revise these terms at any time with or without notice. By using any service or product you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
