Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Dispute.  Per your
request account ID *account name* has been reviewed.  It appears this account
was permanently terminated due to the following critical terms of service
violation:

Policy: Prohibited Conduct [clauses: 1,4,6] (Vulgarity, Objectionable Content)

The above account has been terminated.  You have already been forwarded
information regarding which clauses of the Terms of Service (ToS) and/or Rules
of Conduct (RoC) your account was found to have violated.  This type of
Vulgarity and Objectionable Content is unacceptable behavior and will not be
tolerated by Warhammer Online.  We regret to have had to take this action
against your account, however these policies are in place to protect the
integrity of Warhammer Online and the wellbeing of its community.

The Warhammer Online In-Game Support Dispute Team will be unable to overturn the
account termination due to the blatant nature of the violation. This violation
will remain on the violation history for the lifetime of the account.  This
issue has been reviewed by the in game support supervisor and as such the
decision in the matter is final.  Additionally, In-Game Support does not
distinguish between multiple users of the same account. As such, our policies
apply to anyone to whom you have provided access to your Warhammer Online
account.  You are personally responsible for any consequences which include, but
are not limited to: warnings, long term account suspensions or permanent account
termination

You acknowledge and agree to the following clauses:

1. Harass, threaten or embarrass another Player of the Services or to cause
distress, unwanted attention or discomfort of such Player, or any other person
or entity. Mythic does not condone harassment in any form and may suspend or
terminate the account of any Player who harasses others. Personal attacks, such
as those based on a person's race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender,
lifestyle choice, disablement or other such affiliation, are strictly
prohibited.

4. Transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar,
harassing, defamatory, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
content.

6. Engage in "disruptive behavior" in chat areas, game areas, bulletin boards,
or any other area of the Warhammer Services. Disruptive behavior shall be deemed
to include, but will not be limited to, conduct which purposefully interferes
with the normal flow of game play or dialogue in a Service area. Disruptive
behavior shall also include, but not be limited to, commercial postings,
solicitations and advertisements.

You acknowledge and agree that our policies apply to anyone that you have
allowed to use, or has access to use your Warhammer Online account.  You are
personally responsible for any consequences which could include but not limited
to warnings, suspensions or termination of your account, based on the violation
or account history resulting from any such person breaking these rules.

I'm sorry to inform you that the decision in this matter is final, please know
that it is possible and quite likely that no further correspondence regarding
this violation will be acknowledged.
