#The party proposes terms for winning and losing the social encounter. The DM then either agrees or disagrees.  If the DM disagrees, suggestions for what is acceptable or reasons for why the terms are unreasonalbe should be given. The party may than attempt to change the terms, but should this process take too long, the DM may choose to have the other party become disinterested.
