[11:47] <~Earthflame> Living Hell is a strange place. Not exactly thronging with people, half the streetlights not working and the streets virtually empty of cars. Only pedal driven rickshaws, bicycles and motorbikes can reliably find their way here, and petrol is expensive. The crowds are very strange, too. A huge number of people in strange outfits, most of them carrying one odd weapon or another.
[11:47] <~Earthflame> It's quite easy to tell the newcomers from the old hands, with those newly arrived to the city wandering around like lost ducklings looking for their mother. They will learn, of course. Or leave. That is the way of Hell. Amidst this chaotic city comes a new arrival in particular, quietly making her way near a larger group of newcomers, one of whom is very loud indeed...
[11:48] <~Earthflame> In this part of the city, the buildings are mostly intact. A few are tumbledown, with broken or boarded up windows, crumbling masonry or collapsed upper floors... But it's better than most places in Hell.
[11:49] * Xifeng very much looks the part of a lost duckling. Unlike many of them, she doesn't have a visible weapon on her...nor any real armour. She doesn't even look very strong.
[11:51] * Xifeng is short and lacking in muscle, looking much more like a scholar who eats a little much or a courtier than a warrior. She has wide hips and quite a lot of weight on her chest, not helping her soft and unready look. Her hair is a brilliant flaming red, flowing down her back and her skin a rich brown.
[11:53] <Xifeng> She is dressed in simple jeans and slightly faded t-shirt, the latter having a picture of Tesla on it and 'Institute for the Sane Study of Mad Genius' written on it.
[11:54] * Xifeng is looking about with interest...and a lot of nerves.
[11:55] <~Earthflame> A girl at the head of the group, clad in regal robes of brilliant silk, her long dark hair marked with jewels, is gesturing dramatically at the crowd following her. "My father, The Southern Dragon King himself sent me to this city not to learn, but to conquer! You would all be wise to join with me, for the Southern Dragon Pirate Clan will be the dominant force in this city, mark my words. Before
[11:55] <~Earthflame> this year is done, I will raise my fist from the top of The Mountain!" She raises her hand in the air, to shouts of surprise and support from the crowd... Along with a few darker looks from people who've been here longer.
[11:55] * Xifeng cowers a bit at the other girl.
[11:56] <~Earthflame> ...A quiet voice speaks from the shadows next to her. "...Not going to sign up, eh, girly?"
[11:57] * Xifeng jumps, looking for the voice. "I...ah...umm..."
[11:58] <~Earthflame> A thin old man stands there, not looking like he was trying to hide. More that he was just... Hard to notice. He raises a cigarette to his lips, looking on at the crowd of newbies as the girls rant continues. "You see their like, every year. Sometimes they impress me. Most of the time they leave when they realise how life is, here in Hell." He's clad in clean but simple trousers and a shirt, and
[11:58] <~Earthflame> he exhales a cloud of smoke as he looks on, not turning his eyes to Xifeng just yet.
[12:00] <Xifeng> "I don't know her...I mean...anyone can give a good speech." She shrinks in on herself a bit. "But...I don't know if she can do it." That last bit may have been a little more loud than she intended.
[12:00] <~Earthflame> A few people glance over, but the loud girl seems to be doing a good job of keeping attention on herself. The man grunts, and rolls his shoulders. "Anyone told you how things work in Hell, girl?"
[12:02] <Xifeng> "Umm...a little. Only people who are strong survive...beyond that...not much."
[12:03] <~Earthflame> He sighs, taking another breath of smoke and then stepping forward, grabbing Xifeng by the shoulder and pulling her with him, towards the crowd... He's very strong. "Someone has to teach these fools, I guess." He roughly barges to the front of the crowd, causing the dark haired girl to glare. "Who Dares confront the mighty Third Dragon Princess?"
[12:04] * Xifeng eeps as she is dragged along.
[12:05] <~Earthflame> The old man takes a long drag on his cigarette, before turning to cast old grey eyes over the crowd. And then he snorts. "Girly, tell them all what you just said back there."
[12:05] <Xifeng> "Me?" She tries to shrink a little.
[12:06] <~Earthflame> He pulls her forward again... And the Third Dragon Princess glares at her, before raising her nose haughtily. "Well? You had something to say to me?"
[12:07] <Xifeng> "I just said that...umm...anyone can give a good speech...but you havn't...umm...given anyone proof that you can back it up."
[12:08] <~Earthflame> "Proof? Proof!?" She laughs, a high and proud guffaw before she sneers at her. "I will prove it by my deeds, but my name alone should be proof enough for anyone!" ...That being said draws her a lot of dirty looks from around the street, and the crowd seems to start to become uneasy...
[12:08] <Xifeng> "...there are lots of people with powerful names. It doesn't mean...I mean...a name is just a name. It doesn't define who you are..."
[12:10] <~Earthflame> That gets a few nods from the crowd, and a cry of "You're in hell now!" from a passer by. The Third Dragon Princesses glower is incandescent, but she still tries to stick to her guns. "Well you would say that, wouldn't you? What are you, some pudgy little scholar from a nameless home, looking at least to die with honour rather than being a drain on your fathers purse? It's easy for those with no
[12:10] <~Earthflame> name to decry the value of one."
[12:11] <Xifeng> "...I...I don't want to talk about my father." There is a faint crackle about her, easily not noticed. Her face flushes a bit.
[12:14] <~Earthflame> "Ohhh?" She grins, leaning towards the girl. "What was he, then? Some wanderer who got your mother pregnant and ran away? A bandit, or simply a worthless fool one would not wish to have as your parent? Come on, if family doesn't matter as you claim, then share it with the world." She grins triumphantly. "If not, then slink away like the whimpering curr you are, and do not let me see you again."
[12:16] <Xifeng> "I'm...I'm not going to talk about him. It's private and it doesn't matter. I don't need to go about boasting like you do, I actually have qualities beyond my name!" She eeps as she says that and covers her own mouth too late.
[12:17] <~Earthflame> "Boasting? Boasting!?" the girl thunders, the deep blue of her eyes rolling and crashing like waves, puddles on the ground nearby beginning to froth and foam... "I do not boast, you worthless girl! I state my future so that I might make it! I am the daughter of the Dragon King, and I will Not be so insulted!"
[12:18] <Xifeng> "Well...umm...from what I was told and read that...that doesn't matter here. It doesn't matter who your family is...just if you can actually succeed on your own. It's..." She blushes "A place to succeed regardless of your family, not because of it."
[12:20] <~Earthflame> ...A whispering starts to build in the crowd behind her. A murmur of "...Don't you recognize her?" and "She seems familiar..." The Third Dragon Princess scoffs. "Oh yes, so they say. But the weak cannot run forever. The Strong earn their places for a reason, and I am here to show you all that by name and nature I will rule this land!"
[12:20] <Xifeng> "I'm...I'm not weak. I mean...I'm not a master...but I'm not weak." She takes deep breaths and takes a hesitant step foward.
[12:22] <~Earthflame> "You challenge me? You who will not even speak your fathers Name? Do you not even Know it?" She grins cruelly... While the murmurs behind Xifeng grow. "...That is her, I'm sure of it." "His daughter, it can't be." "What was his name again?"
[12:23] * Xifeng glowers at the Princess. The air around her has the strong smell of Ozone and lightning crackles along her hands despite her best efforts. "Fine? You want to know? I am Xifeng of the Blazing Steel, Daughter of Immortal Crane! You are a braggart and a bully!"
[12:25] <~Earthflame> ...A deathly silence hangs over the street for a moment. The Third Dragon Princesses eyes go wide, and she stammers, at a loss for words. Murmurs break out behind Xifeng again "I knew it!" "The man who tried to kill..." "He failed, didn't he? How good can she really be?" One person, among the many, laughs... And from his position back in the mouth of the alleyway, the old man grins at her.
[12:26] * Xifeng shoots a killer glare at the person who laughed, her eyes aflame and the lightning crackling along her arms visibly.
[12:28] <~Earthflame> The Princess tries to recover, but she still looks shaken. "...Hah. A famous failure. No wonder you do not speak his name. Your greatest legacy is that he lost and died like a dog." She spits, gesturing behind her, the puddles swirling up into formations of water that spiral around her, glimmering with reflected blue green light. "Back down, and flee, you pathetic spawn of a dead fool!"
[12:30] * Xifeng turns her glare on the Princess. "Don't. Insult. My. Father!". She stamps her foot down...and the ground under it cracks.
[12:31] <~Earthflame> "Come and stop me." She glares at her in return, hatred crackling between their eyes as the watery tendrils rise high... And then she coughs, spluttering as a cloud of noxious smoke rolls over the both of them.
[12:31] <Xifeng> "What the..." She joins in the coughing.
[12:32] <~Earthflame> The crowd begins to disperse, people trying to get out of the dark cloud... But it only takes a few paces to be free of it, and to see the source. The grinning old man and his cigarette, buffing forth an impossible column of smoke. He calls over the noise of the crowd. "No fighting in My street. You might break the merchandise."
[12:33] * Xifeng goes as pale as her skin allows. "Umm...yessir."
[12:34] <~Earthflame> He gives her a wink and blows again, the cloud concentrating around the Third Dragon Princess... And following her as she begins to dash down the street. He laughs, and raises a hand, beckoning her over.
[12:34] * Xifeng heads towards him, back to terrified looking after the detonation.
[12:35] <~Earthflame> He takes a long draw on the cigarette, burning it to nearly a stub... And then puts it out on a wall, offering it to her. "Xifeng, was it?"
[12:36] <Xifeng> "Umm...yes, it was." She doesn't take the stub yet. "Xifeng...of the Blazing Steel. One of my teachers gave me the second part."
[12:37] <~Earthflame> "Good name. They call me Smoke." He gestures with it. "Now take it. Might come in handy, if you run into trouble with her like again."
[12:38] * Xifeng takes it gingerly. "It's nice to meet you Mister Smoke."
[12:39] <~Earthflame> "Just 'Smoke'" He corrects, pulling out another cigarette and lighting it. "And it's not nice to meet anyone in Hell. They're either going to rob you, beat you or use you. You made me laugh, standing up to that haughty little bitch, so I gave you a token. S'all there is to it."
[12:40] <Xifeng> "Alright." She nods "...though I might need tokens explained to me a bit. I'm new, as you saw..."
[12:41] <~Earthflame> "Figure it out." He smirks... And then seems to vanish into the shadow for a moment. The glint of light lets her see the truth, however. A glass panel door, so stained with ash it blended into the shadow, which he'd pushed open and stepped through. There's a tiny little jingle of a bell as he does so, and above... That might be some kind of sign?
[12:41] * Xifeng looks carefully, straining her eyes to make out the sign.
[12:42] <~Earthflame> ...Tobacconist? That's apparently what the shop is.
[12:44] * Xifeng nods, carefully pocketing the token. She'll need to work out what it does at some point. As for now...well, now she's just as lost as she was before but she's not having to listen to the Third Dragon Princess. That's an improvement...probebly.

[12:58] <SavageWolfDuchess> A voice comes from a nearby alleyway. "Impressive, girly," Xifeng hears. It's a girl's voice, rather deep and gutteral, almost feral-sounding. Looking over to the origin, it's... a deliquent, is the best way to put it. Denim jacet, leather bracelets with spikes, long, shaggy black hair, tanned skin crisscrossed with scars.
[12:58] * Xifeng looks towards her...and jumps a bit "Umm...hello?"
[13:02] * SavageWolfDuchess nods. "You got guts. I like that." The woman's leaning against the wall, and gets off of it, stretching. "But you look like you're lost. Maybe need someone to help you? Watch your back?"
[13:02] <Xifeng> "...and how do you plan to use me?" She shrinks a bit as she makes the accusation.
[13:03] * SavageWolfDuchess blinks. "Use you? Girly, I'm a delinquent, not a monster." She approaches Xifeng and holds out a hang. "Savage WOlf Duchess. My Pack could use people like you." She grins wolfishly at Xifeng.
[13:04] <Xifeng> "Pack?" She takes the hand. Her grip isn't as soft as she looks but it's not very strong, all the same.
[13:06] * SavageWolfDuchess has a strong grip of her own, shaking it. "Pack, yes. Me, my little sister, and seven wolves so far. We're all part of the Blood Wind Cult." Her grin widens. "Might say hunting monsters, not becoming them, is the plan."
[13:07] <Xifeng> "Well...I don't plan to become a monster but...wait, wolves?"
[13:08] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Then you should do well huntin' 'em. And yeah, wolves. My pack, like I said."
[13:08] <SavageWolfDuchess> "They're honest, loyal, and housetrained."
[13:08] <Xifeng> "...metaphorical wolves? Or like...actual wolf wolfs?"
[13:09] <SavageWolfDuchess> "... Actual wolf wolves. WHy, are you allergic or something?"
[13:10] <Xifeng> "No. I've just...never seen any before." She looks nervous.
[13:11] * SavageWolfDuchess grins, putting an arm around Xifeng. "First time for everything, Xifeng. You want in on this or not?"
[13:13] <Xifeng> "...Umm...can you give me a little time to decide? This is a bit sudden..." She shrinks in on herself.
[13:14] * SavageWolfDuchess snorts lightly. "Sure, if you really need it. At least want a ride to Ma Sin's? I was going on a little scouting trip and left the Cub and our pack there."
[13:16] <Xifeng> "Umm...I guess so? Oh...and if you see a blue haired girl with an angry look on her face...please tell me?"
[13:17] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Hah. Will do." The girl grins again, letting go of Xifeng... and giving her an appreciating pat on the ass... as she ducks back into the alleyway. THere's a roaring noise, adn then out she rides atop a wolf-themed motorbike with a rumbling engine. "Hop on!"
[13:18] <~Earthflame> The tall building of Ma Sins is actually visible from their location, one of the better maintained structures in Living Hell, rising high over most of the city within a city. Lanterns hang from posts on it's corners and light streams from large, welcoming windows. There's a throng of people entering it, more active than anywhere they've seen in Hell thus far.
[13:19] * Xifeng jumps and eeps at the pat.
[13:22] <Xifeng> "D-Do you have to?" She gets on the bike though, wondering what she's gotten herself into.
[13:23] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Do I have to what? Pat your ass?" She grins, revving the bike and heading to Ma Sin's.
[13:23] <Xifeng> "Yes!"
[13:23] <~Earthflame> There's actually a bike bay outside, with separate sections for pushbikes and motorcycles, and even a stand of rickshaws recieving and depositing people there.
[13:24] * SavageWolfDuchess parks her bike, chuckling. She's... a rather dangerous driver. "With an ass like that? I'd be damned if I didn't, girly. It's a damn fine ass."
[13:24] * Xifeng blushes a brilliant red "That's not relevent..."
[13:25] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Why isn't it?" She gets off her bike with a grin, offering Xifeng a hand to hop off if she needs it.
[13:26] * Xifeng gets off on her own "You can't just pat the...butt...of people you've just met..."
[13:28] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Sure you can. It's a compliment." She grins again, stretching and heading to the entrance.
[13:30] <Xifeng> "No it isn't...it's embarrassing." She crackles a little as she follows
[13:31] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Only if you're embarrassed about what nature gave you, and with an ass like yours? You have no reason to be. I know some girls that would kill to have an ass like that."
[13:31] <~Earthflame> Within, the first floor is a broad and well lit mass of tables, with people sitting and laughing and drinking at each one and pretty waitresses in tight Cheongsams of many colours, all wearing heels and with elegantly done makeup serving the needs of the guests. The center of the room is a large hole, looking down onto a subterranean hall below and up to the many tiers of tea house above them.
[13:31] <~Earthflame> Higher up, it seems much the same... While down below, the lights are dim, and the sounds suggest more is being served than just tea. Close to the fence around the central pit is a rather distinctive table, with seven wolves scattered around it, three of which are currently being petted and cooed at by waitresses. Sitting amongst them, sipping at a mug of tea is a younger girl, perhaps sixteen,
[13:31] <~Earthflame> her red eyes and hair contrasting with her mostly white robes. She raises a hand and smiles, waving towards Duchess as she sees her.
[13:31] <Xifeng> "...I don't exercise as much as I should...not that it would help with my hips." She sighs "Can you not do that, please?"
[13:34] * SavageWolfDuchess waves back. "Bah, fine. Come on." She walks over... and wraps the white-robed girl up in a tight hug. "How's it goin', Cub?" She smiles warmly to the grin, then motions to Xifeng. "This is Xifeng of the Blazing Steel. She showed guts earlier, so I thought I'd see if she wanted to join our pack. Or at least get a ride to Ma Sin's."
[13:35] * Xifeng bows deeply "Hello." She blushes at the sounds she can hear.
[13:36] <~Earthflame> One of the waitresses pops up from petting one of the wolves, smiling at them and bowing. "Welcome to Ma Sin's tea house. Can I get you anything?~" The cheongsam clings quite closely to... her? body, but she has no curves to speak of. Cub grins and hugs the Savage Wolf Duchess back. "The pack really like it here~ The waitresses are so nice!" The two playing with the wolves look up, a little
[13:36] <~Earthflame> embarrased, but still enjoying petting and stroking the beasts, who do not seem to mind in the least.
[13:39] <Xifeng> "Umm...do you have Dragon Well tea...wait..." She pauses "Umm...what do you take as currency?"
[13:40] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Haha. Figured they would." She nods at them, going around to each wolf and petting them herself, whispering into their ears and ruffling their fur before sitting down herserlf among them. "I'll take something nice, hot, and strong, for myself, if you would," she says to the waitress.
[13:41] <~Earthflame> The waitress laughs. "Your Yuan is worth as much here as anywhere else~" She leans towards Xi, speaking more quietly. "...Some people also trade favours to Ma Sin, but they generally want more than tea~" She turns to Wolf and bows. "Of course~"
[13:41] <~Earthflame> From somewhere above them comes a rather loud thump.
[13:42] <Xifeng> "Umm...if you have it, Dragon Well Tea would be lovely. If not...I guess I can't be picky in Hell."
[13:42] * Xifeng takes a seat as far away from the wolves as she can without leaving the table.
[13:42] <~Earthflame> "I'll have to check our stocks, but I believe so! It's less busy at the moment, new people still coming in." There's another, louder thump, and she glances up with a knowing smile. "It's also an excellent time for recruiting new staff."
[13:43] * SavageWolfDuchess chuckles. "I wouldn't be a very good waitress. Glad I read the rules."
[13:45] <Xifeng> "I...I've never tried before but umm...I might pass." She blushes as red as her hair at the thumping.
[13:45] <~Earthflame> ...The grin which passes the waitresses lips at that is almost sadistic. "Ma Sin can make Anyone a good Waitress~ Anyway, I'll be back with your tea in just a moment~" She turns and walks away, wiggling her nonexistent ass as she struts on her long, stocking clad legs, heels giving her a posture which really draws the eye... From above, another sound. That one closer, and more like a crash.
[13:46] * SavageWolfDuchess watches the waitress leave with a predatory grin on her face, licking her lips lightly. "Mmm. I think I like Hell," the woman murmurs. Her eyes slowly make their way back to Xifeng, and she gestures for the other woman to join her in the pile of wolves.
[13:46] * Xifeng looks at the wolves with more than a little fear "It's...umm...different."
[13:46] <~Earthflame> Cub smiles. "I like it, too. It seems fun!"
[13:47] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Fun's one way to put it, Cub." She chuckles. "Come on, Xifeng, you said you'd never met a wolf before. I promise they won't bite. Hell, even I won't bite... unless you ask me to, anyway~"
[13:48] <Xifeng> "Maybe you should to the waitress th-" She eeps. She does move a little closer to them, reaching out carefully.
[13:48] <~Earthflame> ...Could that have been a scream? That was certainly another crash. Sounded like it came from the floor right above them.

[13:50] <SavageWolfDuchess> The wolf sniffs Xifeng's hand a bit... then licks it, panting happily. The Duchess nods, grinning. "See, told you. Perfectly nice."
[13:53] * Xifeng pats it carefully, still looking nervous "If you like this place so much, why don't you sign up to be a waitress? I'm...this isn't my sort of place. Well...the tea is."
[13:53] <SavageWolfDuchess> The wolf pants, nuzzling against Xifeng's hand. "Because I'm not a waitress. I'm the Savage Wolf Duchess. I'm a warrior and a pack alpha, not a teagirl."
[13:54] * Xifeng gives a small grin "I don't know, the waitress she said that anyone can be a good waitress."
[13:55] <~Earthflame> ...And then with a final, tremendous crash, the ceiling just a little way from them breaks. First comes a young man, in a dark robe, clutching the hilt of a shattered sword. The long, high heeled leg with is shoved into his face and slams him hard into the ground below leads up to a pair of broad, swelling hips, narrows to a waist and then expands again to a huge bust. Long, radiant dark hair
[13:55] <~Earthflame> spills down from the woman, clad in a provocatively split Cheongsam as she glares down at the man.
[13:55] <~Earthflame> Apparently she's part way through a lecture, because she starts speaking again as the dust clears. Her voice is strangely warm and matronly, even as she grins him into the dirt beneath her. "And the Third reason you don't mess with my waitresses, you little shit?" The two girls petting the wolves jump up and are instantly at her sides as she clicks her fingers, lifting her foot off the groaning
[13:55] <~Earthflame> young man.
[13:55] <~Earthflame> She leans down, smiling at him and patting his short dark hair, whispering so only those at the closest table can hear...  "Because otherwise you Become one. Take him away." "Yes Ma Sin!" the two girls respond quickly, grabbing him by the arms and dragging the badly beaten warrior away...
[13:56] <SavageWolfDuchess> "That and I don't take orders very well," the wolfish woman asides to Xifeng, watching with more than simple interest.
[13:56] <Xifeng> "...for a place about making your own way, there is a lot of places I think would be bad to fight..."
[13:58] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Mmm hmm. Strength rules here. So you gotta make a place your own if you want a place you can be comfortable in."
[13:59] <~Earthflame> The woman stands, coughing delicately into her hand before turning to them with a smile. "I'm so sorry for the disruption~ We have so many new people this time of year, and they just don't take the time to learn the rules~" She sways over to them, bending down and smiling at one of the wolves, scritching it under the chin as she looks at Xifeng, Cub and Wolf. "Would any of you beauties be interested
[13:59] <~Earthflame> in working here?~"
[13:59] * Xifeng shrinks "I'm...not a..." She blushes and stares at the ground.

[14:01] * SavageWolfDuchess chuckles lightly, looking over the woman. "No, can't say I'm interested in working here, no ma'am. Maybe as a vacation eventually, but not right now. To many things to do."
[14:02] <~Earthflame> "A pity~" She says, standing again and walking around to stand just behind the two young women... And then dropping down, wrapping a hand around each and pulling them into a somewhat smothering hug, although her words are focused on Xifeng. "And yes you Are, my dear~ What's your name?~" ...This woman is Strong.
[14:03] <Xifeng> "Umm...Xifeng Ma'am..."
[14:05] <~Earthflame> "Well, Xifeng, when I was younger I looked a lot like you~ And let me tell you, these~" A squeeze to her chest "And this~" Another squeeze to her ass. "Will get the boys and girls lining up for a shot at you~ You've got it, honey, so flaunt it~" She laughs, and leans in to kiss Xifeng on the cheek before standing. "So many interesting new people at this time of year~ I hope you'll all become
[14:05] <~Earthflame> regulars." She moves around to hug Cub as well, who blushes slightly as the older woman folds around her. "Especially you, cutie~"
[14:06] * SavageWolfDuchess laughs, and looks to Xifeng. "Told you," she says. She reaches over to ruffle cub's hair as she's hugged, too.
[14:07] * Xifeng blushes heavily, spluttering things that don't sound like words but if they did would sound like protests about her appearance.
[14:09] <~Earthflame> She glances up at the hole in the ceiling- The one she just made- and tuts. "I'm sorry there's a bit of a draft near your table. Please, have the first round of tea on the house~" She gives them all a bow- And a generous view of her cleavage- before turning and sauntering away, her wide hips jiggling with every step. She draws every eye in the room as she moves, a black hole of charisma drawing
[14:09] <~Earthflame> people towards her. The Waitresses look on at her with adoration... And, in quite a few cases, barely suppressed fear.
[14:10] * SavageWolfDuchess ponders Xifeng for a moment, watching Ma Sin leave. "Mmm." she grins... and circles over so she's straddling Xifeng, very quickly, and dips her head between the other girl's breasts, motorboating her suddenly before turning back again with an innocent look on her face.
[14:10] * Xifeng pushes her off, spluttering and blushing and being quite unable to articulate words.
[14:11] <~Earthflame> Cub giggles at that. "You're such a tease, sis~"
[14:11] * SavageWolfDuchess chuckles. "I try~ And you're cute when you blush, Xifeng. Really cute~"
[14:13] <Xifeng> "S-Shut up. If I wasn't more afraid of her than you fighting me...I'd be zapping you."
[14:14] * SavageWolfDuchess just grins... reaching over to ruffle Xifeng's hair. "Mmm hmm. Not because I bet you enjoyed it, but because you're afraid of Ma Sin~"
[14:16] <Xifeng> "Yes...did you see how she took down that guy...and what was that about joining them?"
[14:17] <SavageWolfDuchess> "From what I understand? If you break the rules... you get made a waitress. And yes, I did see how she took him down. Pretty impressive to watch."
[14:17] <SavageWolfDuchess> A couple of the wolves have moved up and around Xifeng, cuddling up to her like big ol' dogs.
[14:17] <Xifeng> "How do you make someone a waitress? I mean...what?"
[14:19] <SavageWolfDuchess> "I dunno, do you want to find out?"
[14:20] <Xifeng> "N-No?"

[14:22] <SavageWolfDuchess> "So there you go." The wolves nuzzle her, one laying it's head in Xifeng's lap and looking up at her with... wolves should not have eyes that cute.
[14:23] * Xifeng pats it gently "Well...I do want to find out...but I mean...I don't want to find out...you know...personally." She looks down "I don't like causing trouble."
[14:23] <SavageWolfDuchess> "We're in hell, Xifeng. If you don't cause trouble, it'll find you. THink you'll be ready for it?"
[14:24] <Xifeng> "...not all demons in mythology caused troubl...ok...most did but some were good people and..." She sighs "I just want people to not judge me on my father..."
[14:25] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Then you're in a good place for it. But trouble's still going to find you. It'll find all of us, one of these days. And I'll be honest? I like you. You've got guts. And, you know, a great body. I'm just saying... there's safety in numbers."
[14:26] <Xifeng> "I don't have a...why has everyone said that today? Well...except the princess..."
[14:26] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Because you do. It's plump in alllll the right places."
[14:27] <Xifeng> "I look like 3 kilos of dirt in a two kilo bag."
[14:28] <SavageWolfDuchess> "A damned sexy three kilos of dirt if you're going to insist on using that to describe yourself."
[14:28] <~Earthflame> Cub sits, sipping her tea and smiling at her sister toying with the potential new packmate.
[14:28] * Xifeng blushes, staring at the floor "Should sign you up for waitressing. Then I'd get to see what happens AND you'd stop doing that."
[14:30] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Have you seen the waitresses in here? I don't think I'd stop flirting just because they put me in a cheongsam." She wraps an arm around XIfeng's shoulder and squeezes, grinning.

[14:32] * SavageWolfDuchess snorts. "If you sign me up, I'm taking you with me~"

[14:33] <Xifeng> "No...I mean...no no. I couldn't dress like that."
[14:33] <SavageWolfDuchess> "The only thing stopping you is your mind, girly."
[14:34] <~Earthflame> Cub giggles. "Ma Sin does!"
[14:34] <~Earthflame> She sips at her tea, smirking at the embarrased older girl. "I think you'd look good~ You just need confidence!"
[14:34] <Xifeng> "No, no, no."
[14:35] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Cub's right. A little confidence and spine would do you WONDERS."
[14:36] <Xifeng> "Why me?"
[14:36] <Adriel> There's rather suddenly a loud commotion from outside, and the sound of somebody screaming.... hard to tell if they're in agony or some kind of twisted pleasure though. Possibly both.
[14:37] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Because you impressed me."
[14:39] <Xifeng> "By what? By losing my temper and nearly getting in a fight...if I'd waited much longer we might have started the brawl here..." She looks up in the direction of the screaming.
[14:39] * SavageWolfDuchess glances over towards the screaming. "Mmm hmm."
[14:47] <Adriel> Several more screams fill the air, and then everything falls quiet... a few moments later, a slightly pale woman with long, crimson hair saunters into the room, dressed only in a tight leather thong, thigh-high leather boots with tall heels, leather gloves that reach up to her elbows, and a tight leather corset. She's... damn tall, with a bustline and ass for days to go along with those legs.
[14:47] <Adriel> Held on her hip is a barbed, knotted whip with multiple lashes. Outside a man and a woman are both lying there, furiously pleasuring themselves... there are quite blatant red welts lining their bodies, three guesses where those came from.
[14:48] * SavageWolfDuchess quirks an eyebrow. "That's either trouble or help."
[14:49] * SavageWolfDuchess holds up a hand to the newcomer and motions her over with a grin.
[14:50] <Xifeng> "Wait...what? Don't invite her over..." Xifeng panics a bit.
[14:50] <SavageWolfDuchess> Xifeng's... sorta buried under a couple of wolves seeking pets from her. "Don't worry, if she causes trouble it won't be our problem, and if she doesn't I bet she's really impressive."
[14:51] <Xifeng> "She's wearing less than the waitresses here..."
[14:52] <SavageWolfDuchess> "And?"
[14:52] <Xifeng> "Do I NEED to explain the issues with that?"
[14:52] <Xiaozhi> "No, she's right," remarks a voice from behind Xifeng (again). "I mean, Ma Sin has us dress pretty racy, but that takes the cake."
[14:53] * SavageWolfDuchess looks over. "Xiaozhi! Didn't realize you were working today!"
[14:53] * Xifeng jumps nearly a meter from seating.
[14:53] <SavageWolfDuchess> The wolves scatter, yelping lightly.
[14:53] <Adriel> She walks over slowly, casting a glance at each of them, with a predatory lick of her lips. As she comes closer, the sprawling, yakuza-style tattoos across her body becomes noticable. It's a grand dragon of the seas, amidst an ocean of rolling waves.
[14:55] * SavageWolfDuchess returns the predatory lick with a wolfish grin of her own. "Nice tats, girly. Nice job outside, too, assuming that work was yours."
[14:55] <Xifeng> "Oh no. Oh no. The princess sent her...I'm dead..."
[14:56] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Xifeng? Sit." Her word's an order. "We're in Ma Sin's. You're gonna be fine."
[14:57] * Xifeng cowers in her seat.
[14:58] <Xiaozhi> "Hey, boss. And yeah, gotta get a head start on things before school takes up all my time." A slim and trim girl of middling height, Xiaozhi's most notable assets are the brightly-furred ears atop her head, and the idly undulating tail attached to her backside. As pink as the mess of hair atop her head, they're obviously natural.
[14:58] <Xiaozhi> She's dressed similarly to how Ma Sin was earlier, in a daringly short cheongsam with a hem *just* low enough to protect her modesty. It's almost as pink as her hair, and white leggings and heels complete the ensemble. She's well-endowed but still put to shame by the new arrival.
[14:58] <Xiaozhi> She's also holding an empty tray, and a fresh pot of tea and an upturned pair of cups have appeared on Duchess' and Xifeng's table.
[14:58] * SavageWolfDuchess grins, pouring herself and Xifeng some tea and taking a sip. "Mm."
[15:00] <Adriel> She grins at them all as she pulls up a seat... a grin full of pointy, razor-sharp shark teeth. "Thanks, they took a long while to have done, but its worth every hour. Nice wolfpack you've got here too, always good to see someone else with some capability for leadership. Call me Rending Tide." The pair outside at this time both scream Mistress! So... Rending Tide Mistresss? Maybe.
[15:02] * Xifeng takes her tea and sips it carefully, not wanting to waste a single drop. "...a-are you here to kill me because I got your princess embarrassed?"
[15:02] * SavageWolfDuchess nods. "I'm Savage WOlf Duchess. That's my sister, Little Wolf Cub. This is my new friend, Xifeng of the Blazing Steel. And the rest of them's my pack." She grins back. "New to Hell?"
[15:07] <Adriel> She quirks an eyebrow at Xifeng. "Nah, Third's a nice enough girl back home, but sometimes she just doesn't know when to shut her mouth. I hopped a ride along with her, since we're about the same age, but she doesn't really get how Hell works. You can't go running your mouth until you've done something to back that shit up with or you're prepared to back it up on the spot. Anyway, nice to meet
[15:07] <Adriel> the lot of you."
[15:09] * SavageWolfDuchess nods. "Smart. I like that. I'm gathering up a group of people to band together, make our mark on the place. Safety and strength in numbers. Got a nice spot scouted out to base out of. Think you might be interested?"
[15:10] * Xiaozhi nods, then bows slightly at the waist. "Xiaozhi. And welcome to Ma Sin's. Can I get you anything?"
[15:10] <Xifeng> "The tea is nice...thank you." She returns the bow as best she can while seated.
[15:12] <Adriel> "I'm always interested. I was going to make my own though, since... well, I'm not the subordinate type. Also, you have anything both sweet and strong?"
[15:13] * SavageWolfDuchess snorts. "Neither am I. Doesn't mean we can't watch each other's back. A leader knows when to listen just as much as they know when to give orders, anyway."
[15:15] <Xiaozhi> "Sweet and strong? Sure. I'll be back in a moment." She bows again, pivots gracefully on a heel (a tiny point to turn on and keep balanced), and sashays through the teahouse like she owns it. Ma Sin knows her stuff--the heels are crafted just right to do interesting things to the shape of her legs.
[15:16] <Adriel> She reaches across the table to shake the girl's hand. "We're going to get along juuuust fine, you and I. Consider it a deal."
[15:17] * SavageWolfDuchess watches after Xiaozshi with a grin, then turns back to Rending Tide and shakes. "Excellent, always glad to have someone else in the pack."
[15:18] <Xifeng> "...maybe I should pass on the pack thing..." She looks at the pair with obvious nervousness.
[15:19] * SavageWolfDuchess chuckles. "Pack means we watch out for each other. If you join up--which you sould--you'll have us between you and anyone trying to kill you." She grins without love. It's a dangerous grin. "I don't take kindly to people fucking with my pack."
[15:20] <Xifeng> "No comment."
[15:20] <Adriel> "Nah, you should definitely join. Besides, eventually we can all put Third in her place together, just like we will anyone who impedes our way straight to the top."
[15:21] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Hah. That'd be a hell of a fight. I like that idea."
[15:21] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Us against the world. Might even be a fair fight, if the world cheats a little."
[15:23] <Xifeng> "...are you both crazy?"
[15:23] <Xiaozhi> "The boss has got her head on straight," Xiaozhi disagrees, having appeared again from...somewhere. She sets a full cup before Rending Tide and places another kettle on the table. "Oolong, a blend from the outskirts of Hell. Enjoy. Anything else?" she asks the table.
[15:25] <SavageWolfDuchess> "I'm good for now, girly. Thanks." She grins at Xiaozhi. "And of course I'm crazy. We're in Hell. Only the criminally insane or insanely criminal come here willingly, thinking they can rise to the top. It's what makes it a place worth being."
[15:26] * Xiaozhi flirts her tail at Duchess' nickname for her.
[15:26] <Xifeng> "Pork dumplings? They would go nice with the Dragon Well tea..." She looks to Wolf "...I'm not insane." She does give a hint of a smile though, gesturing to her shirt. "See?"
[15:27] * SavageWolfDuchess laughs. "Sure ya aren't."
[15:27] <Adriel> Rending Tide gives the girl a once over and another grin. "Mmmh, maybe later~ Anyway, being a little crazy is a requirement for stepping up to take on Hell to begin with, but we've got a fine shot, doing this together." She starts sipping her tea quietly.
[15:28] <Xiaozhi> "Dumplings, then." Once again, off to the back she goes.
[15:29] * SavageWolfDuchess nods. "I think so. Hard to say no to people willing to fight side to side to you, if you ask me."
[15:30] <Xifeng> "Thank you..." She looks to the pair "...this isn't some crazy sex cult, is it? I already turned someone from the Fire Doctrine down before I arrived here..."
[15:32] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Nah. The crazy sex is a side thing to loyalty and keeping each other safe."
[15:32] <SavageWolfDuchess> "But *damn* if it's not going to be some really good, crazy sex when it happens."
[15:32] <Xifeng> "What? No...I..." She blushes furiously.
[15:34] * SavageWolfDuchess grins. "I am the Alpha. Part of what that means is that I'm attentive to my pack's wants and needs, even the unconcious ones~" She shifts over to sit on Xifeng's lap, lounging atop the plumper girl and leaning up to whisper into her ear. "I think you'd like it..."
[15:35] * Xifeng stammers and slutters.
[15:35] <Xifeng> *splutters
[15:36] * SavageWolfDuchess laughs, and kisses Xifeng's cheek. "You're so damned *cute* when you do that~"
[15:36] * Xifeng blushes "Stop that, please?"
[15:37] <Adriel> "Crazy and goddamn mindblowing more likely. I've been studying a few interests to that effect, for those who don't enjoy my loving affection... but everyone I've met always loves the lash, so I've yet to put it into practice~"
[15:38] * SavageWolfDuchess chuckles, and gives her another kiss. "Only 'cause you asked nicely, though~" She slides off of Xifengs lap, stretching out.
[15:40] <Xifeng> "...why me?" She aims the question again at the heavens.
[15:40] <Xiaozhi> "She likes you." AGAIN with the sneaking up, as she delivers a tray of steamed pork dumplings to the spot of table in front of Xifeng. "You'll get used to it."
[15:41] * SavageWolfDuchess grins at Xiaozhi. "You know me to well~"
[15:42] * Xifeng bows agains slightly to Xiaozhi "Thank you." She digs into the dumplings, savoring the taste of both them and the tea.
[15:44] <Adriel> "This is almost like being home again in a way. I have quite a number of sisters... well, half-sisters in some cases."
[15:45] <Xiaozhi> "You're about to have a whole lot more."
[15:45] <Xifeng> "Maybe you should sign up." Xifeng mutters in between her tea and dumplings enjoying.
[15:45] * SavageWolfDuchess grins. "Mmm hmm."
[15:46] * SavageWolfDuchess sips her tea again, licking her lips lightly. "Still, that's twelve of us, including my wolves," she says, scritching one behind the ears. They've move to surrond the group, most people getting mobbed by two of them wanting pets. "That's as good a start as any."
[15:48] <Adriel> Tide pets a pair of the wolves as she slides around the table to close in on the other girls. "I mean this little group we have. I don't believe the waitress life calls to me at this particular moment."
[15:48] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Hah. I can agree with that."
[15:49] <Xifeng> "Maybe it would calm you both down."
[15:49] * SavageWolfDuchess snorts. "Unlikely. My birth family couldn't, and they damn near broke themselves trying." SHe looks over to peer at Adriel a bit, licking her lips. "Mmm."

[15:53] * Xifeng looks about for the proprietier again. She's already polished off the pork dumplings without sharing. The tea however, she's drinking elegantly and polietly still.
[15:55] <Xiaozhi> "I've got to make my rounds, Boss, but I'll be back." She scoots off to wait on other tables, Ma Sin's being a popular destination--even with the occasional bout of heavy violence, as displayed mere minutes ago.
[15:56] <Rending_Tide> "Oh, indeed. Taming one such as either of us would take quite the effort, perhaps even divine intervention of a sort. Remind me sometime that I should tell you some stories one of my sisters told me when she last visited."
[15:56] <SavageWolfDuchess> "I'll be sure to do that." She pats Xiaozhi on the rear as the girl leaves.
[15:57] * Xiaozhi adds an extra twist to her hips in exchange, just a bit more eye candy for Duchess.
[15:58] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Mmmmf. Gonna have a good time, here in Hell~"
[15:58] * SavageWolfDuchess licks her lips and gives a predatory grin.
[15:58] <~Earthflame> Ma Sin isn't visible, at least from a cursory examination... Perhaps still dealing with the troublemaker from earlier?
[15:58] <Xifeng> "Something in the water...there must be something in the water." She shakes her head and tries to get the attention of a waitress.
[16:00] <Rending_Tide> "I've been hearing rumors making the rounds, about a very dangerous, exclusive business around here. A Den that caters to all tastes and pleasures... if you can get far enough inside."
[16:02] * Xiaozhi heads over after finishing another table, emphatically NOT sneaking up on Xifeng this time, bowing slightly when she arrives.
[16:02] <SavageWolfDuchess> "Heard about that. Was pondering taking a visit to there, see what's on tap. I'm the sort of girl who likes trying new things... and getting other people to try new things." She grins at Rending Tide again, her eyes lazily moving to look Xifeng up and down.
[16:03] * Xifeng blushes and turns to Xaiozhi "Umm...would I be able to speak with Ma Sin?"
[16:04] <Rending_Tide> "So you're thinking the same thing I am then~?" Tide's hands are thankfully quite occupied with petting wolves and scratching their ears.
[16:06] * SavageWolfDuchess grins at Rending Tide. "Depends on what you're thinking, girly. Maybe a side trip now?~"
[16:08] * Xiaozhi purses her lips. Cutely. "I can see, but...generally, if she's not down here at the bar, she's...unavailable. Because reasons."
[16:08] <Rending_Tide> She glances over at Xifeng, then back at SWD. "That, and something else... to do with someone very shy and distracted~"
[16:09] <Xifeng> "...oh. I wanted to ask her a couple of questions..."
[16:09] * SavageWolfDuchess grins. "Mmm. I get what you're thinking, and I like it~"
[16:10] <Xiaozhi> "I'll see," she promises. "But I can't make any guarantees. Maybe I could answer them?"
[16:12] <Xifeng> "It was about...waitressing."
[16:14] <Xiaozhi> "You'd like to do it too? What would you like to know?"
[16:14] <Rending_Tide> "Excellent~"
[16:14] <Xifeng> "Just...about those people who get taken away for causing trouble. I heard someone say they get maid to waitress?"
[16:18] <Xiaozhi> "The outfits are just the cutest~" she says, twirling in place. There's a "window" of sorts at the top of her back, like the designer had meant for a cleavage window but got the fabric backwards. It displays her back and the edges of her shoulderblades.
[16:18] <Xiaozhi> "Oh, that. I don't actually know what she does with that. I started here recently, voluntarily, and met the Boss pretty much right away, too, so..."
[16:19] * SavageWolfDuchess nods. "Glad she did, too. She's a good one, eh?~"
[16:19] <Xifeng> "...I sort of wanted to find out what that means...and...I don't think I'd make a good waitress..."
[16:22] <Xiaozhi> "Well," she sighs, "let me go have a look. If Ma Sin's available, you can ask her."
