Regulations for CAPs (S1): Choice to replace one pokemon for one unbanned CAP, one CAPs for GL, two for E3 and Champion.

Quickbanned Completely/Entirely:
Tomahawk, Syclant, Voodoom, Aurumoth, Crucibellite/Mega Crucibelle, Fidget, Necturna, Stratagem, Cawmodore.

Champion Exclusive:
Revenankh, Arghonaut, Naviathan, Volkraken.

Banned from Normal Choice, but allowed as an E3 choice:
Pajantom.

Suspect for Normal Choice:
Colossoil

Allowed Completely/Entirely:
Mollux, Plasmanta, Malaconda, Kerfluffle, Kitsunoh, Cyclohm, Krilowatt, Normal Crucibelle, Pyroak, LC/NFEs.
