  4. While I will conceed that the rule requirement concerning claims has been one of the more enforced rules, I disagree that it's been a 100% application rate; the rules in general have been laid to the side in the past few years, and I never mentioned much because I honestly didn't agree with much of them aside from the LPM and the guidelines to make sure we played together well.

  6. Yes, the situation is rare, but it's also a concern that all of the times in "modern times" if you'll allow the bad analogy have been from the same user; the user who you had to punish because they backdoor tried to circumvent the rules to gain these very same lands. The fact that his entire canon since he joined has been a Well Since I Can't Have England, I'm Going to Make a Briton Empire Out of The Inuits, just lends credence to my argument that he has always wanted Britain. More then this, what was the main aggrevator is that in the past 6 years, I've almost always been contacted by you in some form, and appreciated it. Received a form of "Hey man, I need you to post, or I'm gonna have to void it." or "Dude you're nearing the deadline, chop chop or it's gonna go." You have my contact forms in numerous copies and are in daily contact with at least 5 individuals who can get in touch with me within a single hour, and yet no form of communication was attempted. This just makes me think your thought process since I tried to come back was "eh fuck it, he never posts and I'll just give it to Api after the 4 days."

  8. And yes, while only one of his nation's is in TOA, it's the fact he's in it all-together that was the point I was making, and it's belief I've held for some years, that whenever it's TOA member v. another, IC or OOC, the TOA *always* gets the W, and it's why I was forlorn when Brink CTE'd because the moderation of the group lost a neutral voice.

  10. As I stated, it's beyond frustrating I've lost 6 years of work to some Briton who went and made one British Empire on one side of the world and now gets to Rebirth Another One Yet Again With the Same Characters Who Possibly May or May Not Have the Same Backgrouds, Personalities and Names of the First Edition ones. But whatever, like I said, it's apparent we're all cool with the NPC we always win wank shit. E2 just lost another writer is all.
