Coming out to PekoMama

>Nervous, normal mother, a list of NG things
I'm sure I don't have to tell you that she was nervous but what I found amusing was that her occasional panicked voice immediately reminded me of her debut voice, which is infamously nervous.
She continues on saying that there might be people who think that her mother is going to be equivalent to herself but she very clearly states that she is just your average mother. Despite being the Queen of Pekoland when they came to Japan she became your average mother.
She had written a list of NG(No Good) things that she kept by the desk so when she calls over her mother she'll tell her to read it carefully and to absolutely not say anything listen on there.

>Manager-san...
A lot of her preparation done was also to ensure that Mane-san wouldn't get executed and before the stream he sent her this Discord message;
"カミングアウト今日か…　腹括らなきゃ…"(Pretty sure this is just a casually written 腹をくくる with an added なきゃ). Basically saying; "So the "Coming out" stream is today? I have to prepare myself..."
Then just recently he sent her this.
"とりあえず…信じていますよぺこらさん、お母様…！！！配信頑張ってください！！！" (For the time being I'll believe in you Pekora-san! Mama-sama, please do your best in the stream!)
She asks for everyone to pray for Mane-san and does a quick speech which she starts off with "今までありがとう"(Using 今まで in this sense makes them parting words) she laughs and quickly changes it to; "これからもよろしく" and continues to say that she'll definitely protect Mane-san's employment so he doesn't have to worry, although she says that he is probably watching anxiously right now. His final words up until now is just the prayer emoji.

>Three fail-safes
She has prepared a button to mute the stream, a button to immediately close the stream, and also a button to immediately cut OBS. Another reason for the preparations was so that she would be able to leave an archive for people to watch later.
>Was in the middle of drinking coffee
She goes away to call her mother and comes back after a while saying that she was drinking coffee and she asked her to wait for her to finish, once she is ready she'll knock on the door. Her mother was surprised at the suddenness of the invitation because she very rarely invited into her room hence she wonders if something is wrong.
At this point Pekora is at maximum nervousness, constantly drinking water and saying she feels like throwing up. Just sitting there waiting for the "Death knock" that she doesn't know when it is going to come.

>Vtuber? What's that?
Her mother comes in and Pekora drops untold amounts of spaghetti while telling her to properly read her list of NG-things. She continues on saying that she has something important to say even if Pekomama doesn't properly understand all the things happening. She says that the NG-list might give her the wrong impression and that this is something negative but the fact is that she is a vtuber and her mother replies with; "え？！何それ？"
Pekora doesn't know how to properly explain it herself but likens it to being a Youtuber which her mother knows about and tries to explain that it is the same thing but with a virtual feeling to it, although she does a horrible job at explaining it and starts stuttering until her mother starts laughing.
She complains at her mother for laughing so hard at her and that she shouldn't make a fool out of her, then continues on to explain that on Youtube she does streams and that it is from that she from time to time gets really loud. Her mother jumps in to say that it is then she messages her on Line to tell her that she is being too loud and Pekora confirms it by saying that from time to time her mother will message her saying she is too loud.

>One million subscribers
She stutters out that her channel has one million subscribers but her mother's reaction is not what Pekora expected and asks if it is the flowing comments that is making her nervous, saying that she is not acting like the usual mother she knows, after all because it was this mother who called her a gorilla. Her mother denies doing it but Pekora stands firm saying it did happen when she was training.

>Did you notice?
She asks her if she ever noticed anything about her and she says that she knew something weird was going on since she was always screaming and such and wondered who in the world she could be talking with. She goes on to explain that all these comments are someone listening and that their voices are also transmitted to the stream right now which seemed to surprise her mother and she then reiterates the need for the NG-list.

>What was that "Peko"?
She slips up and drops the first clear Peko and her mother immediately notices it and asks whats that about. She says that parents really have a sharp eye for these things, although it seems like she was briefed about the "backstory" already since Pekora just tells her that doesn't she also use a peko-sentence end since she is also a Pekoland resident? And she says; "そうだねぺこだね" in a a manner that Pekora finds to be making fun of her.
She asks her mother if she isn't surprised at all about all this and she responds by saying that she is a bit too surprised so she doesn't really know what to say. Pekora again asks if she ever noticed anything, and she says that she isn't sure but she didn't think she'd be doing this kind of thing(Vtubing), Pekora continues saying that whenever she was being loud at night and got a Line message she thought that her mother would have noticed but her mother just says she wouldn't have known about vtubers although she does know about youtube(It is a bit unclear if she implies that she thought she was a youtuber, sounds a bit more like she just knows about it).

>You have carrots attached to you
She shows her mother that Pekora moves when she moves in a way to show that she is streaming and her mother says; "You have carrots attached to you". Pekora pauses and says that she should already know this since she is her daughter right? Her mother calls it cute and Pekora says that this is part of her uniqueness and that she sees her everyday so it shouldn't be surprising(Her mother doesn't really know how to respond because obviously the whole backstory thing is too much for her). Then continues to say that being surprised about it is bad and her mother just replies with "はい！".

>Read some comments
Defusing the situation Pekora says they'll read a comment and the first one she reads out is someone scolding her for her brash way of speaking to her mother which causes Pekora to apologize and her mother to laugh.
Her mother remarks on that they all seem to love her a lot and Pekora gets smug, her mother then says that she loves Pekora too causing her to get embarrassed, saying it isn't supposed to be a lovey-dovey stream like that.
Another comment asks what her mother thinks about Pekora who doesn't keep a low voice at home and Pekora says that her attitude is perhaps slightly bad and asks what her mother thinks, her mother quickly teases her and says that it is a bit bad although she says that Pekora is also very kind.
One comment asks her to explain superchat to her mother and she explains saying it is people giving her money in a sort of "Present for you" kind of way, her mother asks "Why?" and Pekora is about to say "Well, it is because they love me" until her mother says "Like, do your best/work hard?" and she quickly goes with that instead adding on that it is a thank you kind of thing.
Her mother then says "ありがとうぺこ！" which causes Pekora to die inside and says that is this really something she wants to do and that it could become a piece of black history since there will be an archive and there are a lot of people here to listen, but after she regains her composure she says that, of course it is natural for her mother to also use Peko's and her mother says "そうぺこ！" causing Pekora do die again.
Asks her if she ever noticed her using Peko's and she says that there have been occasions where she did notice she was using strange words when close to door(Not entirely sure about the details here, all I know for certain is that she has noticed weird words before)

>Wolf in sheep's clothing
Someone says that they love Pekomama's laugh and Pekora says that they shouldn't be fooled by this feigned innocence just because she is nervous right now, her mother says she is nervous but also that she isn't feigning innocence but Pekora doesn't relent and says that their regular conversations are much colder and different than this, like Pekora being told she is noisy and being called a gorilla.
Pekomama again defends herself by saying she never called her a gorilla and Pekora retells the story that it was when she was stretching and her mother came into the living room and said; "I thought it was a Gorilla stretching". Her mother laughs hard at this and Pekora said it was because she had a hunch-back issue at the time. Her mother apologizes and Pekora calls it late, very late.

>Hololive, Holofes, and treasured daughter
She brings up that she works for Hololive, an idol company. Her mothers reaction makes her think she is making fun of her again but her mother says she is just nervous. She then goes on to explain Holofes for her and says she really wants her to watch it so afterwards she'll explain how she can watch it online as Pekora herself wasn't even aware of it, and that when she watches it she can see her daughter in her idol shape.
Her mother says she is looking forward too it since she is her treasured daughter(自慢の娘) after all and Pekora tells her to keep the information about her being Pekora quiet to those around her.

>Comedian
Someone from chat says that isn't she a comedian? Her mother reacts to it and Pekora explains that despite being a idol a lot of listeners(Briefly explains listeners here) like to call her a comedian instead and she asks her mother if that isn't cruel? And her mother responds with that it is a bit of a shock to hear that(Most likely because the way she acts at home is very different from her stream self)

>Curry meshi
Her mother knew nothing about either Curry meshi or Nissin so Pekora had to point at a cup she had in her room to explain. She didn't really understand what she had done in relation to it either but since it is on Youtube she is going to show her later so she can watch it.

>Alcohol
She brings up Alcohol and her mother says she loves it. Then she takes out her own Alcohol to show her and she wonders why it was made for her and she explains it is because of her popularity. She says not to open it yet because she is going to open it during Snack Usada, and invites her mother to come onto the stream for that time to try it out with her, but only one glass much to her mothers dismay but she says that she obviously can't let her drink it all.
Then scolds her mother by saying that she can't just drink sake all in one go, that's bad.

>The usual(real) Pekora
Her mother picks out a comment to read that asks what the non-Pekora Pekora(i.e without her avatar) is like. And she thinks for a bit until Pekora says that she in general doesn't go out of her room and her mother agrees saying she is always inside her own room until she says that dinner is ready, where she'll come and give her the food. But she will at least say thanks for the food and occasionally that it was delicious too. Pekora gets embarrassed and says that she always thinks that she is grateful for the delicious food every day and that they can eat together in the living room sometime.
Pekora says that it is lonely and her mother agrees saying it definitely is, completely so, Pekora asks worriedly if that is true. Then her mother continues on to say that they don't really go out together anything anymore and Pekora tries to remember where they usually went before which was just shopping and karaoke but this was when she was younger and that because she is 111 years old now it doesn't happen as frequently.

>Then how old am I?
Part of the briefing I'm sure but when Pekora says she is 111 years old her mother asks her how old she is, Pekora stops for a bit before thinking it is multiplied, and says a multiple of 3 is good. Her mother thinks that's awful, to just multiply. After protests she settles on a doubling to 222 and since she was fine with that Pekora wonders what was the meaning of the protest in the first place.

>Pekomama's hobby
She gets comment from someone who wants to hear what kind of hobbies her mother has, and this prompts her mother to signal for Pekora to mute for a few seconds because of her nervousness, after recovery she says that music qualify and that Pekora's older brothers would always complain about the volume she had. Pekora adds to the story by saying that there are times where her mother would tell her about a good song that she didn't know about, and she'd add that into her playlist.

>Her brothers
She says there is no need to dig further into her family, her mother being there is more than enough and that it will be their secret together. Her mother says that Mikaeru would probably be very surprised to learn about Pekora.

>Similar voice
Someone says that they have a slightly similar voice and Pekora doesn't agree and asks her mother, her mother says that her voice is cute and starts laughing, Pekora says that her voice is not at all cute, that her daughters voice is more cute and to not say such things and then start laughing like crazy. Apparently she is laughing so hard from that snot was coming out of her nose.

>Twitter, Noel, and Kiara
She brings up that they are trending on Twitter and asks her if she knows about it. She says she knows what Twitter is but haven't used it. She goes to show her and runs into Noel's tweet and explains who Noel is and that they debuted at around the same time and are in the same generation(She explained this so fast the first time that her mother didn't understand a bit of it). Then she sees Kiara's tweet and explains who she is and once her mother hears she is from the English branch she immediately says; "Eh? Will you be alright despite being so bad at English?" much to Pekora's dismay. Then she just briefly explains what a phoenix is since it is her character then she says; "よろしくキアラちゃん" and Pekora laughs and says she doesn't have to say that.

>Pekomama's final words
She thanks us for always supporting her and hope we can from now on as well, as soon as she is done Pekora pushes her away and tell her to get back to the living room. Her mother calls her cold and Pekora says she'll probably apologize for all the rude things during stream after she is done.
