Necro:
level up your death pulse to secure range creeps instead of your third ability. You  nearly died killing the storm by wanting to death pulse him with a level 1 DP.
You havent called the courier after that death nor placed your ward yet. You want to have asap rune control over this storm.
You had 1k gold around 3 minutes when not calling the courier. You was super low and that storm got cocky and got killed again.
You walk through a mid wave when storm was dead to plac a ward instead of warding earlier.  You lost 1 cs and the ward after that.
At 4:40  you went top lane not even being level 6 to contest top runes. You lost both runes and pudge hook was in cd. You saw that , you should have gone back and you did not had your ult yet. You needed 1 creepwave to get your ult. With this failed gank, you gave storm 2 free creep waves and they got 2 kills.
At 6:20 you still have 1400 gold. You can for example upgrade your second mantle to a null talisman, get raindrops, get a wand, get a bracer. Get crowns etc etc.

You tp'ed bot with 2 low hp allies and getting them nearly both killed. Storm had the same plan and they got a  better trade.

You maxed hearthstopper instead of deathpulse. This is just not good. max your Q. It will let you  farm faster, bully the storm more on his lane and try to secure the runes before storm. Storm can get every rune after a minute that it had spawned.

You also need to focus more on denies since your passive also works for it. Try to heal a creep after when storm cs it and deny it after that. Your heal also kill a creep.

You most likely want to put a value point in your shroud.

You queue up radiance when lifestealer might also get one.

You got a 10 min blink which is a decent timing but a blink will not do a lot for you as first item. Some items are better on your hero like a veil,  dagon 1, phase boots, mekansm, rod, etc etc.

You took a great fight at top but you (and your team) decided to stay after you saww them tping. Your team had no ults. you lost 2 top runes with that and a 'teamfight'.

Let's see your cs. You are 50/6 at 15:30. You want to be looking at 75-120 cs on necro.

You rotate rather well with your ult but with all that fighting, you are a low level.

a lot of the time, the mid lane is dead. if you dont trust it, get a ward for mid and farm that lane.

At 17:40, you interrupt the farming pattern of the lifestealer and there are 2 cores farming top lane when there is a free mid / safe jungle.

You stand afk a lot.

At 18:20, you positioning is quite odd, you position yourself between all the creeps and pudge cannot hook you if get jumped. You got jumped at 18:40.

You are end level 12 by beginning 20 min and have 72 cs at 20:30.

At 20:52, you underestimated the smoke of war  range. You light have thought it was night time.

I want to point out you are level 13 when pudge pos 3 is also the same level. you had a free mid lane, you went 2-0.

you took a nice fight 22:30 and you got a tower & your radiance.

Your radiance helps vs CK & Legion. Lifestealer might have been better with radiance this game and you might have wanted to get a rod to control this storm.

At 24:20 you took a nice fight and you even got a storm die back. You went for ogre after that but the chase took a long time and you could have damaged the tier 2. You also popped your shroud vs an ogre. Ogre stunned you and you took extra damage. You ended up getting the tier. You played rather well with the upcoming creepwave. You jumped on a low CK & CM and upcoming creep wave. You got more hp regen  via this.

At 26:45 you watn to kill an ogre and you get an ogre and 2 mor ekills that shouldnt have happened.

Let's see your cs, you have 117 cs at 27:30. You might have wanted to  have 200 cs.

You bought an aghs but i think a shivas / hex / rod might have been better  and then aghs. You fortified the creep wave a few  seconds to early. You nicely baited storm & CK and Shaker did a great job.

At 30 min, the game seemed over and you should not be able to lose this. I stopped spectating from here.
