1- RGC is a virtual platform that link people from all over the world, allowing them to play together with low ping through our servers, playing with our hostbot system we solve the problem about having lag in a specific game due to the conection of the host, allowing to play full game (in other platforms if the host quit everyone is disconected), up to here its great. We got our hostbot system, our servers, what else is left, a room where everyone can chat, we got it great!, now we need a way to punish antigamers/leavers/and all that kind of users also to keep room under control, there is were we all are needed inhere, to make justice, and make RGC a place were everyone will love to play. Is that enought? No to make RGC more interesting we offer Tours, Tournaments, Streaming of our Tours so everyone can watch and learn from other players. Well there is few more things that i can add about rgc, but to finish, this everything took a lot of time of codding and all those things, and is possible thanks to charbel and roger (and to us for helping to manage it) their work must be paid, also our servers arent free.

So for respect to all of those that dedicated and are still dedicating their time for this to be possible, we need to act mature always. Every wrong desition, every compban with no reason, every abuse made by us can make users to leave RGC, in other words we are killing it. SO DONT BE STUPID ACTING LIKE KINDS

Since i got promoted to RGC.Team
I created a wixsite where users can join and read all about ranks/rooms/purchase rgds in spanish
I bought a server, and i installed bot with charbels/moons help for argentina and sa
I made few Tours for SA
I solved issues in abuse sa/clean bh
I proposed to make a tour for real money taking from each team an amount of inscription to make the poolprize (refused by charbel)

For future
i want this platform to be stable, without bypassers, map hackers,
New improves, clan owner transfer, integrated talk to rgc, making a rank medals shown in rgc user list (beside rgc rank) like for example d2 medals.

2- Being RGC SERVERS STAFFS is a big responsability, 1st of all, before making a desition I must state the issue, see all possible solutions, and in my own judgement choose the best will be for RGC. Any desition made badly can lead to lossing hundred of players. Well now, the vision of my rank is to solve major issues with users, checking bypassers, abbuses, scams, opening/closing rooms, cleaning banhistories, checking some bugs, instruct other globals. Making all those kind of things that will help RGC to be a place where users can play their favorite games without retards.

BAD things i see on RGC
What i see bad in RGC right now is that everyone is asking hakka everything, and hakka is deciding from major things up to removing local staff from some rooms. To be more exaclty in SA we got MoON has the head of the region and some globals arent asking him before making a desition, they ask direclty to hakka so that is making like unseles to have a head of the region.

Other issue i wanna ad is about official rgds resellers, some of them have like 10 rooms where they are giving free ranks to everyone that is their customer. Thats really not fair with the rest of the resellers, cous ofcourse everyone will only purchase from who will ofer more ranks, we need to equilibrate it with all.

I also see globals acting like kids, banning with no reason, abusing, using commands, things that kills RGC, in other words they dont care about all rest of us. Why should we allow them to kill what others spent too much time to create this or manage this?
Why we are so permissive? giving 10000x oportunities to almost everyone?

3- What I CAN do
* I got some rooms where im incharged, i can makes changes in those rooms if i found are necesary.
* I can check threads solved in abuse sa by globals with a lower rank and if i find they solved incorrectly in my opinion, i can interfer and talk to them.
* If I find a compban/clientban from a global with a lower rank, that in my opinion is wrong, i can remove it.
* I can clean banhistory if all bans are invalid
* I can reset ladders at months ends
* I can Make Tours
* I can ban a maphacker if i figure out he is really using it.
* I can ban bypassers if the user dont stop doing what for i banned him before
* Confiscate RGDS if where stolen or given to a wrong user by globals.

What i CANT do
* Remove Staffs from a room i dont manage
* Ban Users in a room i dont manage
* Remove bans made by my superios or equal rank
* Promise things that i cant grant
* intervene in a region in which I am not familiar with
* Decide cases were im not very familiar with
* Set owners in paid rooms i dont manage, sell ranks there aswell.
* I cant clean banhistory if some bans are valid
* Have bad manners to users
* Being somekind of antigamer while playing or quit a game
* Use comands on signed games (just swap allowed if users agree to it)
* Cant use caps in any room
