  1. SRs
  2. Beowulf D --> B
  3. His Instinct buff was a godsend. Nuking is excellent in content where you need to blitz, and Beo is no slouch in that department. Between his NP and second skill he gets two turns of burst. Solid Berserker overall.
  4.
  5. Carmilla A --> B
  6. Carmilla's internals are crazy good, but her deck and skills are less so. Relative to the rest of A she's become increasingly niche. Her NP battery falls 3% short of being her saving grace too. I think it's best for her to drop.
  7.
  8. Chiron A --> S
  9. Why I did not place him in S before is completely beyond me. He is just too versatile. Excellent generic damage booster on top of being a serviceable point servant is excellent for any servant to have.
  10.
  11. Emiya (Assassin) B --> A
  12. Compared to Assassin Shiki, his NP gen and damage are worse in exchange for increased utility. Charge Drain and Crit Down make him a more desirable point servant in Arts teams, where damage (and class agnosticism) are less important. At worst, he is a sidegrade to her.
  13.
  14. Frankenstein C --> A
  15. With the release of Asclepius in Lostbelt 4, Fran went from being a medicore farmer to a fantastic one. Asclepius both boosts her NP's refund and clears the stun demerit. Her refund is also very reliable due to having a higher NP scaling than normal on top of an interlude.
  16.
  17. Helena Blavatsky B --> A
  18. While her skills are underpowered in both strength and CD, they are still pretty good. Most of her value comes from her 20% team charge, which isn't exactly common among SRs. She's also a competent farmer due to interlude.
  19.
  20. Hessian Lobo S --> A
  21. Despite having an interlude (and being S before said interlude), I no longer think Lobo fits here. He has difficulty looping with Skadi, and his buffs all have short durations. His defensive utility is nice, but it isn't what Skadi wants.
  22.
  23. Jeanne d’Arc (Berserker Alter) B --> A
  24. Her tier shift follows the same reasoning as Kintoki and Beowulf; ST nuke regardless of class. Kintoki needs NP2 to outdamage her on NP, hilariously enough. One of the best free servants in the game.
  25.
  26. Marie Antoinette D --> B
  27. Her skillset is garbage, but her internals paired with interlude make Marie a serviceable refund farmer.
  28.
  29. Stheno C --> B
  30. Stheno is pretty good as a niche support between her Divine Charisma and NP, which is more than the rest of C can say.
  31.
  32. Thomas Edison B --> A
  33. Edison is versatile as either a pointman for Stall teams or as a support for Arts crit servants. Post-buff, he has the utility to make a good argument for A.
  34.
  35. Tomoe Gozen A --> B
  36. Her kit, while functional, isn't very strong. With powerhouses like Anne Archer, Fujino, and Ashwatthama sharing A with Tomoe, nothing about her really stands out.
  37.
  38. Wu Zetian B --> A
  39. Wu's bump has a similar reasoning to Chiron's: she has flexibility as both a damage booster and a point servant. Now that she has an interluded NP, this couldn't be more true. Solid Quick support overall.
  40.
  41. Yu Miaoyi E --> D
  42. Yu is pretty bad, but not Irisviel levels of bad. She's workable as a point servant even if you need to go to great lengths for her.
