KICKSTARTER/CAT_DOT_GIF

I never submitted my kickstarter, so I am a bit confused as to
how it got "declined". Thinking it must have been some type
of auto-filtering, so I have taken the following steps.
And I have carefully RE-READ the rules, as well as consulted
with multiple people on which rules I might be in violation
of and fixed anything, including things in "grey" areas.

Here is an itemized list of what changes have been made.

1. Changed Kickstarter duration from 2 days to 20 days because
   guessing "We recommend 8" is kinda like when your boss says
   "I recommend you work on this over the weekend."
   (AKA: You are saying recommend, but the auto-filtering)
   (     is not programmed that way.                     )

2. Changed start date to the 20th so that there is a reasonable
   amount of time to review. I had it set for tomorrow,
   which I figure may have also initiated some type of
   auto-blocking algorithm.

3. Changed Goal Amount From 1 dollar to 100 dollars.
   As last kickstarter was 100 dollars and was approved.
   Figure that because paypal minimum transaction is 1 dollar,
   that this may have auto-initiated some type of
   auto-disapproval as well.

4. Changed top tier item from "art gallery piece" to
   "a piece of art for your mansion or yacht" to avoid
   violating rules on "offering equity".

5. Changed "Learn To Code" to "1 on 1 code tutoring" in
   case that phrase is too politically charged and
   also on the list of auto blocked terms.

6. Removed ranting from "1 on 1 code tutoring" and got
   more concise about what I am offering.

7. Removed mention of outside sites like "twitch" and
   "discord" in case they are blocked for some reason.
   But think I kept in Imgur because I have example galleries
   of what I am offering on that site.

8. Removed "(NICE!)" from reward teir #69.

9. Added a link to a gallery of the sorts of animated gifs
   that backers can expect from me, seeing that the posted
   animated gifs seem not to animate on the kickstarter page.

10. Changed title of campaign from "CAT.GIF" to
    "CAT DOT GIF" in case using a filename somehow
    caused flagging within the automated filtering system.

11. Removed any swear words from kickstarter
    description text.
