- Bot Maker for Discord is a local software application. If you have any questions or concerns about your personal data or this policy, you can contact us at:

- This application is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of 13, do not use this app.
- 3. What data we collect and why
- We only collect and process the minimum data necessary to operate core functions of the app.
- Bot token and command behavior: Stored locally on your device to allow you to configure, run, and edit your Discord bot.
- Project information: Shared with Valve Corporation only if you choose to use the "Backups" feature.
- Usage data: Clicks and usage time are stored only on your local machine to enable in-app achievements.
- The legal basis for this processing is your consent and performance of a contract (the app's functionality).
- 4. How your data is stored and processed
- We do not process or transfer your personal data to our servers. All project data remains on your device unless you explicitly share it with Discord (via their API) or with Valve Corporation (via the optional backups feature).
- The application does not send any personal information to us. We do not maintain cloud servers or external logs of your usage.
- 5. Accessing, modifying, or deleting your data
- You are fully in control of your data.
- You can open your project directory via the interface at: Settings > Project > Open.
- You may delete any project through the "Project Manager" window by clicking the "Delete" icon.
- This action removes your project's stored data from the app and disassociates it from our interface.
- 6. Your rights under the GDPR
- If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access your data
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to withdraw your consent
- The right to restrict or object to processing
- The right to data portability

- This application allows you to inspect how it functions via DevTools (CTRL+SHIFT+I). You can also view and modify the app's source code freely.
