Mystery Mansion NPCs (mmrpgorigins)

Adrian
Adrian will be in more casual wear in MMRPG Origin, equipped with a pair of khaki shorts and will usually wear t-shirts with cereal mascots that are also anthropomorhip animals on them. He'll usually have a big, clunky camera around his neck and may even take pictures of battles the players are in. He moved from the Mansion in order to study the Copy Arm, and will pay the players a mildly hefty amount of zenny in order to use the pictures. Adrian had left his Mansion and temporarily moved into the city in a small apartment with Adrina and *most* of the Guardians (Lion, Fox, and Doberman).

"Hey there fellow city-goer! You may have noticed me taking pictures of your battle, and that was because I'm planning to study the tool you used in battle called the Copy Arm! If you're too camera shy, that's fine, but I'll pay you x zenny if you let me use them." When found post-battle

"Oh, that sucks (I'm still using those pictures)." >"No, you can't use my pictures"

"Great! Here's the zenny, and I'll promise you x percent of profits when I sell the book!" >"Yes, you can look those pictures"

"Hey there, kinda scared of how you got in here, but it's fine, always nice to see someone who admires photography that comes to praise my work. Isn't that why you're here?" When found in his apartment

"Are you sure that you want a tour of this place? Well, this apartment's pretty small, and I have to live in this thing with my twin and three facinorous furries" >"Gimme a tour of this lovely residence!"

"It's normal, don't look directly in her eyes though," >"Why's the dog trying to flush a human child down the toilet?"

Adrina
Adrina is relatively the same, although she is in more casual wear. Unless in-battle, Adrina does not wear her black armor (shown in her sprite) and instead wears beige pants and a thin, grey coat with no design on it. She doesn't really do anything productive unlike the others (Adrian studies the Copy Arm, Lion runs a specialty store for Liontamers, etc,) and instead just lounges around town. When found, she'll usually give the player a Lionclaw pastry (like the Lionclawws found in Mystery Mansion) to the player for them finding her.

"Huh? What're you doing in here, this place is strictly restricted to employees and manager of this establishment! Huh, are you saying that [i]I[/i] can't be in here either? Weill fine, just keep your mouth shut and take this Lionclaw," Found in Coffee Shop

"Huh? Yeah, it's fine, I'm just hiding from Adrian in the tiger exhibit. Don't tell him, okay? (she tosses the pastry at the player, but a lion eats it instead) Eugh, cannibals." Found in Wildlife Sanctuary

"Well, my theory is that Lilo and Stitch and Earthbound are in the same unive- Who the frick are you? (she tosses a pastry at the player's face) Please go away you [i]street urchin,[/i] I'm talking about something [i]very[/i] important!" Found in alleyway (with Vava)

"What? Yes, I'm shopping, that's all. What am I holding in my hands you say? Nothing at all! (she throws a t-shirt to the ground that says "Mufasa from the lion king makes me question my sexuality") Just take this pastry, [i]and keep this a secret![/i]" Found in Edgy Teen clothing store

Guardian Fox
Guardian Fox is actually wearing clothes this time (you can take that either as good or bad news, Idunno) instead of walking around like an [i]animal.[/i] He's wearing a pair of red shorts, an orange tank top, a pair of sandals, and a [i]snazzzzy[/i] bowtie. The bowtie kinda makes him look like a rich family's dog, but he still wears it because the thin, blue cloth wrapped around his neck is a symbol for his pride and confidence.
Opt: Fox will be a model for Furry Sin™ Magazine, which means that he'll have a hefty sum of money. If I decide to go through with this, the player will be able to go on quests with Fox in order to get him to buy them things. I dun't really have any ideas right now, but one quest that I had in mind would involve the player convincing Fox into taking them into a restaurant a story character is working/eating at in order to get to them.

"What? I'm not doing anything at all, just uh, lost my coat in here (he starts muttering) if they find out I lost their child in a garbage can I'll never get to babysit them again..." Found digging in a trash can.

"I don't wanna be here, it's hot, it's boring, and I'm really only here because my cousin's entering one of these disgusting races. There's no food here either; I'm so hungry, I could probably eat a horse! (he then turns around, seeing a horse standing behind him)" Found in the Horse Sanctuary
>Alternatively, this could be made into a "Fox smuggling" quest in which the player has to buy/make a life sized replica of Fox that also looks like Fox, then find a way to smuggle Fox out from the horse sanctuary without being spotted by the horses.

"No, it's not what it looks like, I promise! (as he stands in a questionable pose with people swarming around and taking pictures of him) If Adrian finds out that I actually have a job, he'll make me pay part of the rent! I can't afford 50 Zenny a month, no sir." Found in the Furry Sin™ Building.

Guardian Lion
Guardian Lion is back again (unfortunately) and runs a specialty shop specifically for Liontamers. However, Lion will occasionally be found in the alleys at night, directing a choir of felines and exclusively felines. Lion will always be found in his choir attire; a black, long-sleeved button up shirt and a silk vest, along with a pair of slacks and a pair of [i]fancy[/i] dress shoes. He did have a blue bow tie with his attire, but it had seemed to have mysteriously disappeared.
When found directing his choir, the player (if a Musician) will have the opportunity to buy weapons/armor from Lion's choir members. However, the more aggressive members will fight the player before giving up their instruments.

"Welcome, fellow city-goer, I see that you have taken an interest in the art of Liontaming! Feel free to buy whatever you want, just make sure you wash your hands before touching the whips, okay?" When found in Liontamer Store

"Ah god, please don't make me do this. I'm not lion to you when I say that I'm really bad at puns. Please don't tail my boss about this either," >"Do you know any animal puns?"

Guardian Doberman
Doberman is a rather brutish child, she generally wears a thick coat, loose, black jeans, and a pair of boots. She works as an assistant for [i]somesortofstore[/i] and will often be taking care of the store when the player comes in. Despite her nature, Doberman has a love for telling gossip. She's a very salty dog, and will often offer to tell her salt to the players when they buy something.

"What'd you want?" When player enters store

"Well, I really wanted to enter the tournament in this town ever since I was a little kid. I remember watching the advertisement on the television as a kid, and seeing all of those people fight for money and popularity. Sometimes I wish I had the time to do that... Oh, you meant to ask if dogs dream at all when they sleep? No." >"Do you have dreams?"

"Hey kid, do you like salt?" After buying something. The player will be able to choose from a few different options:
'just a pinch' 1 salt, .1 Zenny
'a teaspoon' 6 salts, .1 Zenny
'Gimme a cup' 18 salts. .2 Zenny
'Enough to kill a village of snails!' 48 salts. .3 Zenny
"Salts" are small snippets of information Doberman has gathered about her four roomates. There will be over 200 of these, and some of them will boost the growth of certain stats by 100 points, or even give the player a small sum of Zenny (About 3-10). What salts the player gets will be chosen by random.org
