- Locate your store.
- Step 2:
- It will give you the contact info for the store near you. For me I get a website but some might get just an email, it depends on the franchise.
- Step 3:
- Go ahead with your complaint, COMPLAIN THAT IT WAS BURNT, UNDERCOOKED, TASTED BAD ECT, THINK OF YOUR OWN!
- give your address
- BUT CHANGE 1 NUMBER ON YOUR ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER.
- This will mean they will try and call but not connect, you can alternatively just not answer but that is longer and I don't think its worth it.
- Step 4:
- wait for an email back
- Basically it says that they couldn't reach me so had to give me vouchers over email, it's a really nice feeling checking your email and knowing you have dinner whenever you need it.
- Step 5:
- Order and eat!
- Give the number with the voucher attached, if they ever ask questions as to why its a different number just say they/you got a number wrong.
