If Pumpkin had gotten to choose precisely where and when he would have been born he definitely wouldn't have chosen a small-town in the middle of nowhere sometime during the 1900's. No, he would much have preferred to have been born in the world of a fantasy novel, preferably with magical abilities. Alas, you cannot choose, and Pumpkin was born in a small-town in the middle of nowhere. He grew up much too quickly, partly because of his mother's untimely death when he was but a child and his father's fall into alcoholism because of it. Not that he minded, he was planning on leaving home as soon as he could anyways.
Nowadays he works as a receptionist at a corporation that's more than a little shady and probably has more criminal contacts than legal.

Appearance wise, his most eye-catching trait is his long, flowing, fiery orange hair. It's made many women at his workplace jealous of his ability to keep it so perfectly styled, but he often wears it in a bun tucked underneath a bowler-hat. No one really knows if the color's natural or not.
He's long, slender, and could easily pass for a woman. But to avoid unnecessary mixups (they do happen anyways sometimes) he wears a pair of black pants, a white shirt and a black suitjacket that hangs open, revealing the tucked in shirt.
