- Making some changes to the way Towny works. So far I've changed:
- Building/Breaking requires you to claim the land first.
- If you unclaim land or lose it, it will revert to the state it was in before you claimed it (regenerates land).
- The cost to run a town is based on the number of claimed townblocks.
- The daily tax for towns is now ¥50 * # of claimed plots.
- The daily tax for nations has been raised to ¥5,000.
- I've reverted names back to English to make it easier for newer players.
- I've reduced the number of purchasable "bonus" blocks to 32.
- I've reduced the number of townblocks added to the town per resident from 16 to 8.
- By default allies will have permission to "Switch" and "Item_Use" in each others' towns and plots.
- I've raised the price for a nation to remain neutral during war to ¥1,000.
- I've lowered the price to start a town to ¥100.

- Death by PvP for a nomad will cost ¥50.

- Winning the townblock after placing the flag will cost ¥100 from the defending town paid to the flagbearer.
- Winning the town's homeblock after placing the flag will cost ¥1,000 from the defneding town paid to the flagbearer.

- All the money in the war chest is split amongst the winning towns at the end of the war.
- War will most likely be enabled on Friday nights and end on Monday mornings but it hasn't been setup, yet.
- Flag war is possible at any time between enemy nations. Attacking a town by placing a flag will automatically make them enemies.
- The defending town must have 2 players online to be attacked with a flag.
- The defending town must be part of a nation with 3 players online to be attacked with a flag.
- You can only place one flag at a time and only in a town's border plots.
- It takes 1 minute for the flag to change from green to red and the townblock to be won by the flagbearer.
- The defending town can break the flag to stop the attack.
