- The first thing I did was to change the frequency of the sound:
- 1) Click "Win + R",
- 2) Enter "CONTROL PANEL",
- 3) Find the item "SOUND" and open it,
- 4) Turn on the music on your computer to understand that you have a device,
- 5) Go to the tab - "ADVANCED",
- 6) In the "DEFAULT FORMAT" column, experiment with "FREQUENCY". INCREASE or DECREASE it by switching the game ON/OFF in parallel.
- In my case, the frequency is 192 kHz (24 bits), the GAME STARTED only at 48 kHz (24 bits).
- If this does not work, then do the following:
- 1) Open the "Command prompt" as administrator (important!).
- 2) Enter there one by one:
- regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\XAudio2_7.dll /s
- regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\XAudio2_7.dll /s
- regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\SysWOW64\XAudio2_7.dll /s
- regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\XAudio2_7.dll /s
- 3) Close the command prompt.
- 4) Run the game.
