Yes, i''ve been a superadmin on a server called AstroPunch before, it got taken down though. I have alot of experience with ULX commands and I have been admin on many other servers aswell. Don't remember the names.
^^Why do you want to become an admin?
So I can help take care of the server when others can't, and get rid of minges/trolls quick and fast. I'm very active, anywhere between 8-10 hours i'm on a day. Also the server seems to need staff at the time and i'm willing to help the server as best as I can.

Because I can make a difference on the server by being extremely active and being on when other admins can't, I am very experienced with being a staff member and some others may not be. I can spot a minge quickly and dispose of one very quickly.

Kill On Sight. I've heard of many different meanings of this so I might not be entirely right with the meaning you had in mind. It means to kill someone on sight. Or the other meaning I think means to randomly kill someone.
^^What is FailRP?
FailRP is when someone does something unrealistic or something mingey, when someone does an action and it doesn't make sense or would never work in real life.
^^How do you prevent FailRP and K.O.S? - By telling the person doing so to stop, and if they proceed to do so give them a warning or jail them for a period of time. If they still continue then give them a kick, and if still then give them a temporary ban.
