ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ:
Harumi is a very playful and cheerful person. She loves smiling and making other people happy in any way she can. She is very cute and has a lot of aegyo. She can also be a bit sensitive and awkward. She gets quiet and awkward around new people but as soon as they become friends she starts to act more like herself. On stage her vibe is different, she’s more charismatic and more serious while performing because she wants it to be good.

ｂａｃｋｇｒｏｕｎｄ:
Harumi was born and raised in Indiana. That’s whwre she grew up speaking mainly English and Japanese. She was always into music and dance from as early as the age of 4 she wanted to dance. She tried many forms of dancing and her favorite is hip hop but she has tried everything from ballet to jazz to street dancing. Harumi got into Kpop groups when she was around 9 or 10. She was captivated by the way they dance to the music and she wanted to be like them. When she was around 12 she auditioned for YG Entertainment as a dancer and was very surprised when she made it into the company but was excited for the new challenges. When she first moved to Korea she was awful at Korean but she studied really hard. She is still struggling with Korean and speaking it properly but she tries her best and keeps learning more. She really wanted to join Produce 70 as a way to show herself and what she is capable of and for the experience of what it’s like to be in a situation like that where it might seem hard but you need to keep working hard.
