Please keep in mind this isn't due to what ultimately happened with Fruit or for any other reason.  This is due to Colt's behavior towards me personally.  I did nothing to Colt other than try to find out what was going on between him and Fruit since I was hearing of issues.  Colt's "fuck off" attitude is wholly unprofessional and not appropriate to someone who holds a staff ranking.  Doesn't matter if you are an owner or a helper so it really doesn't look good for anyone else on staff.  I understand that issues do happen (like the issue with the jails) and Colt's decisions were likely warranted.  I still want to know if Colt said something to Fruit before yesterday though about the issue with lag.

With this message I submit my resignation from staff.  I should be demoted back to Member rank with my donated for kits.  With this departure I leave you these suggestions for further improving your staff and also what I believe ultimately caused your server to die down.

1) Create a staff forum
1a) Document incidents on said forum so if a question should arise regarding a punishment then the reasoning is accounted for.
2) Make a consensus on who should become staff.  This should be among existing staff members.
3) Pick staff from players that have been there for a minimum amount of time (don't pick players that just joined)

Now then for the part that I think hurt the server in the end.

1) Server stability.  I know you can't do much about this currently.
2) Staff behavior and spawning stuff

I already told you about the incident with Digger.  I wish I had screenshot that and mentioned it sooner but some servers are more lenient with staff than others.  It is obvious by the staff rules that it shouldn't of happened.
