Background: Even though Rina is full Korean, she was born in Canada and stayed there until she was 6 along with her Mother, Father and elder brother. She came from a pretty average background so she's not rich but she isn't poor either. On her 7th birthday, her family moved to Korea and she was immediately taken away to the district. At that time, she didn't know what was happening so she just followed along. She couldn't understand why her parents and elder brother were crying but after she entered the District, she found out the truth and since then started her hatred for the District.
