Oh boy, it's a whole three extra years. Oh well. I think the main issues are that people are convinced that I'm going out of my way to screw with them in some way or another, and everyone keeps mistaking me for someone named Sheng Long...

Well... at least I can do some good while I'm here.

Street Fighter is a more involved setting than I would have thought. Tournaments apparently make for a useful way to get involved with the nonsense, even if I am effectively a hidden boss - by which I mean I'm lurking around and TECHNICALLY yes I signed up, but I'm not officially on the roster for all of these. And yet somehow I keep getting dragged into events anyway.

Like with Sagat wanting to prove that his muay thai is superior to my unarmed combat. Or Ryu accusing me of trying to impersonate and shame his master. Or a couple of marines accusing me of being in league with their enemy of the week. Or a crime syndicate trying to shut me up for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or that Akuma guy thinking I'm his rival. Or a caped guy dressed in red flying around trying to crush everything- actually, you know what, screw this guy, hold on a second.

"Let's settle this like men. And I will not believe that a man can fly unless he's wearing an S on his chest."

"Enjoy your broken nose, prick. Also I'm stealing your pet assassins. And if you build any missiles I'll make you eat them."

I mean, I'm not going to lie. For the next decade or so things followed a similar pattern. Aside from the part where Cammy kept getting false leads on the fate of the Dolls, until I stumbled across her and literally went "oh, you mean the girls? They're sweethearts, you must be the big sis they talk about." You see, when you treat people like they're human, they might actually gain a freaking personality. And after a lot more was explained, she decided to tag along, after I pointed out that she and they would never know peace in this world but I could take them to another with me-- wait, damn it Cammy stop punching me I didn't mean I was going to KILL us--!

(Also I gave them the magical Jedi package, because frankly, it's fun.)
