  1. Well things have settled down a bit on Twitter, and I've had a chance to separate from a lot of the negativity a bit. I'm not going to quit twitter entirely, there are too many of you who I would lose contact with completely if that were the case. But I do need to take a bit of a break. And I do have a few words.
  2.
  3. In general, stop the name calling and putting others down. Are you disappointed that Trump won? Follow President Obama's lead - his speech the day after the election was absolutely magnificent and gracious in defeat. Calling people bigots, racists, sexists, etc... doesn't help. Most Trump supporters aren't that. In doing so, you're actively feeding into the hate you claim to oppose.

  5. Happy Trump won? Don't rub it in. There are a lot of people that have legitimate fears and concerns, in large part because of Trump's own words and how he ran his campaign. Don't minimize those fears - seek to help alleviate them. See Trump himself for your example now - his acceptance speech encourages inclusion for *all* Americans. Whether he means it remains to be seen, but it's a start.

  7. As for me, I'm off Twitter until at least Thanksgiving. Short break, but enough to clear my head. I'll be streaming and participating in the DKC2 tournament - my second round match is tonight at 10pm EST on twitch.tv/speedgaming - come watch!
  8.
  9. God bless and take care!
