BACKGROUND ;  Rocky is an only child born to an amataure evil villian and "normal" mother. His parents divorced at a young age and with his father so focused on taking over the TriState Area and his mother trying to live as single mother it was always tough for him to get the love and support he so deperatly craved. Growing up he found that being rebellious and explosive would catch the attention of both his parents [especially his dad] and he would use this as a way to get their attention. Deep down all he wants is someone to love and support him fully.
