  2. My computer got a virus and this has to be something to do with the virus. I have not done anything to be banned. This has to be a mistake. I am longtime league customer and this is a mistake I am 100% sure.
  3. Also how comes you ban a guy for cheating after playing this game for 5 seasons suffering from bronze to silver to gold to plat to diamond do u really think I'll cheat after 5 seasons of legit play?do you really think I'll cheat after achieving diamond?
  4. Also you can review my replays they all are registered on Replay.gg.In addition to this do u think I'll use cheats in jungle?:D
  5. Do you think I really need a script for poppy? :D
  6. I hope you guys solve that and I'm pretty sure it was just a mistake

  10. I've never used any cheats of any sort. I've spent hundreds but thousands on this account and have been a league player since Season 2. This is a mistake. this has to be from when my computer was hacked with a virus. I play all the time and report cheats when I see them but I would never use them. This is a mistake. Can you please escalate my case to someone else. I've never cheated. Please help me cause I have to play a tournament with my team.And why I will cheat in preseason and if I did i'll stuck in diamond 5?
  11. I've been playing with champions that needs no mechanics since my mechanics are terrible and was climbing with my game knowledge and I don't think hacks or cheats will provide me game knowledge

  36. If I worked to collect that it may take like 6 months.
  37. So by doing this you're throwing 6 months of hard work into rubbish.

  41. Also if you took a look on my recent matches you will find i was playing only Poppy and I don't think poppy deserves to be played with scripts cause she's not that hard.

The only reason that we took action against this account was because it used scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs that provided a competitive advantage to it; after I took another look at our investigation of this account, it doesn't look like this was a mistake. Our system has very clear evidence that this account was in violation of our Terms of Use due to the usage of scripts, hacks, etc., in the game that gave it an unfair advantage.

  73. my account got hacked and the hacker flamed people and trolled
  74. you banned me for chat ban.
  75. My PC had a virus after 5 years of legit playing you banned me for scripting.
  76. Please give it a look again I can't lose thousands money cause you guys made a mistake

  78. Please watch replays of my games you'll find i'm 100% legit or atleast provide me a single proof that I'm scripting or I even know what scripting is.

  86. In situations like this, we only take action against accounts when we are absolutely sure of our evidence. We also personally review every case like this to make sure that we haven't made any sort of error and I personally looked into this situation. Having a virus on your PC did not lead to a mistake in this case. I understand that this isn't the answer you're looking for but given the evidence we have, we can't justify lifting the suspension on this account.

  94. Dude I swear to god I have never used a single cheat in League Of
  95. Legends I have spent years and thousands money on this account I am
  96. not crazy to use cheats on it.
  97. Also I won't cheat after like 8000 ranked matches and reaching diamond.
  98. Please check this again or watch replays of my games and you will
  99. figure that its almost impossible to be cheating.

  104. Cause after I had the virus somebody told me that there is strange
  105. talked to him so i directly changed the password and u can get sure

We also personally review every case like this to make sure that we haven't made any sort of error so I personally looked into this situation and there was no mistake here. Without going into specific detail, this ban wasn't issued for any sort of replay system; the only reason we issued a ban was because this account was receiving an unfair competitive advantage.
