Welcome to The Blooming Grove and enjoy your stay! Here is some fine & dandy regulations that must be heeded in order for everyone to have a good time in our humble chat! But be mindful, this is a mouthful of words.

ALSO:
Some people may feel uncomfortable about me (Reksel / Reignsun / Nexodar) being the admin of a chat, and that is fine. However, I must reassure you that I am trying my best to atone what i've done back in my days in chatango. But if you have another place to be in for Pokémon battles & some smash fighting, then be my guest : P But I would appreciate it if you want to a part of this community \ o / <3

1: Behave yourself as we expect people to be in good spirits against each other. We understand however that some may get salty as we all have boasting rights, and some will not have a good day, and that is fine. But we will still time you out and suggest doing something else. Otherwise you're not welcome here.

2: Do not advertise in groups, or anything in relation unless given permission by the owner of the place. We do not want to raid or "steal members" from people

3: Everyone is welcome to invite people to the chat !!IF!! they are capable of playing Pokémon & Smash with us.

4: Requesting other competitive games for us to play against each other is welcome. Such as Hearthstone, MOBA, Counter Strike, Mortal Kombat or Mario Kart, etc, but we stay true to Pokémon & Smash Bros as they take priority no matter what.

5: Do NOT troll, be abusive, or post porn, or act in any other way that makes other people uncomfortable. (Yes, even boasting can be too much)

6: We do not roleplay in this chat. Excessive roleplaying results in a time out.

7: Admins/Mods has the right to enforce bans and time people out, provided there is evidence to support their claim via PMs.

8: Requesting bans on an individual for no reasons will result in a time out.

9: Bans cannot be reverted. Unbanning a person a day before results in losing modding powers (No exceptions)

10: Chats raiding our humble chat will be dealt with swiftly and harshly, while those that would raid other chats will be dealt with in the same manner.

11: Never ask for modding powers, this is earned, not given out randomly.

===HOW BANS WORK===

A ban doesn't mean you're banned for life. A ban is always a time out so you can cool off. However a ban always lasts an hour (resets daily) but if you continue to cause problems, the ban will multiply, meaning you will be banned an hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, etc (Until you reach a full day ban) > 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours (3 Day ban max)

Also, if the ban resets daily, but you continue to cause problems for an extended period of times (5 times, can be changed over time) you will receive a 24 hour ban and escalating.

If for some reason the ban escalates beyond 72 hours (A full 3 day ban) you will already had enough chances and will stay banned for an entire month.

This way, we will keep the chat clean of any potential trolls and people causing drama. This may be a stupid way of dealing with people for some, but as the admin of a site/chat I am ruthless and I care for 1 thing. A nice play to be in for people to enjoy themselves.
