I was asked by a few people to translate this website.
This web site just copied and pasted from forum so it includes a lot of silly stuffs and explanations.
So this is not directly translation, I just wrote what it is.

1: you can enter clock town with epona if you are running to the entrance of west clock town during day transition.
(I guess it's JP v1.0 only)
2: goron bomb jump.
3: you get glitch if you talk to clemia at 7 pm day 2.
4: OoB in swamp if you fly as deku to a house after pm 12 day 3.
5: OoB in CT if you fly as deku to laundary pool
6: you can get invisible sword if you show great fairy sword to mail box.
7: backflip over bombers kid.
8: you can get invincible if you hold Z+R+B as zora.
(THIS IS NORMAL TECHNIQUE!! LOL)
9: you can go over fence as goron in swamp shooting gallery.
10: FD in H&D 3.
11: ground jump glitch to warp dog.
12: fish warps if you drop it on upper bed in the stock pot inn.
13: you can transform to zora as FD if you enter water.
14: 4th day with a telescope.
15-1: OoB in PF if you jump from a pillar and use goron mask.
15-2: you can escape from CT as FD using cocco.
(it's possible just jumping!! LOL)
16: you can escape from CT as FD using magic bean.
17: the method for snowhead temple w/o huge pillar. (jumpslash into snowballs path)
18: goron bomb jump.
19: roll into sakon's hideout early.
20: transform right after using zora barrier to bad bat, he spins during dying.
21: (he just mentioned a grotto in termina field...)
22: take a picture of swamp and gives it for pictograph contest, you can ride boat w/o rescuing koume.
23: time stop glitch w/ gossip stone
24-1: remote control epona by dying and revive.
24-2: OoB from a house in romani ranch after aliens.
25: ice arrow skip in ikana (you can climb up a ledge swimming to 45 degree)
26: you can get bottles infinitely from madame aroma
27: FD in sakon's hideout. (equip FD over other masks as kafei)
28: infinite falling in sakon's hideout if you enter a hole as FD after failing sun's mask back.
29: infinite falling in snowhead temple if wolfos pushes you when you open a door. (he said left door in st room as goron link, enter the door with wolfos?)
30: you can use any items as deku in H&D 3.
31: if you open a chest and couple's mask cutscene plays at the same time, you get weird glitch.

32&33: if you enter a cabinet after healing pamela's father, you are stuck after day transition.
34: complete ballad of the wind fish, talk to toto, stand on lights except center, transform, human link disappears while playing the song.
35: throw a dog to laundry pool, he is gone.
36: you can go over fence near 20r chest in SCT.
37: use pictograph box before starting blast mask event, take picture during text box, you can't move.
38: OoB in CT as FD.
39: (i tried it before and i couldn't understand this...)
enter the 2nd room in the stock pot inn with a key, ride on the bed(closer), transform to deku, hold down, keep releasing and holding R, you are stuck with the bed, hold R again, SoS screen appears and hardlock.
40: flying dog w/ ground jump glitch. (ground jump glitch to warp dog when he is swimming)
41: ground jump

1: mushroom w/ mask of scents
2: deku bubble in lottery shop (i guess it's just 3rd person camera so...)
3: if you hit a gong in swordman's school at xx:00 or xx:30, blue rupee appears.
4: kafei also takes damage by dog.
5: you can get circus leader's mask, aroma's bottle and mirror shield infinitely.
6: gibdo turns to redead if he gets fire.
7: song of storm heals jinx.
8: if you play song of epona to a guay who flies around clock town, he drops rupee.
9: ikana's soldiers dance if you use bremen mask.
10: camera go through link's face when you transform near wall. (lol)
11: you can use bow for goht.
12: you can beat takkuri easily w/ epona.
13: the red jewel in ST, light arrow always hit to that position from every where???

14: you can avoid gyorg's attack(rush to platform) with sidehop(midair).
15: you can beat odolwa easily with bomb or bomb flower.
(he didn't know bomb and bomb flower don't have same amount of damage :p)
16: spin attack as deku has hit box above his head too. (lol)
17: picture of big octo or monkey for pictograph contest.
18: you can beat romani's event w/o riding epona.
19: ocarina w/ holding Z or R.
20: fire arrow is effective for takkuri.
21-1: (he just mentioned ice arrow to walk on the water lol)
21-2: you can jump to basket of H&D outside.
(but he didn't realize secret silver rupee chest!!)
22: infinite boomerang as zora
23: you can beat white wolfos throwing a snowball to his back.
24: you can climb up a house in ranch using goron pound.
25: red rupees from a tree near observatory
26: blast mask is useful for goht.
27: you can escape from CT as FD just jumping.
28: you can see kafei's face through keaton's mask just using C-up and waiting him.
29: ISG by crouch stab to nejiron.
30: 100r chest in ECT with cucco (lol)
31: use ISoT, open the door as deku after kafei enters into the house, push the cartridge when you jump on water(?). if the screen is stopped, it's success. ISoT text appears when you reset.
(i have no idea. how did he jump on water after opening the door?)
32: attack to stalchild in ocean spider house, call tatl, he keeps attacking during the text.
33: hold Z+R during dance w/ kamaro's mask is funny.
34: signs are restored by SoH or epona's song.
35: you can go across great bay using chateau romani + ice arrow.
36: gorman brothers don't attack you in escort cremia if you take circus leaders mask.
37: kafei takes damage with explosives.
38: soldiers in CT block you if you are behind them too.
39: sakon has hitbox for arrows.
40: you can't break a stick with skulltula.
41: you can get deku nuts infinitely if you roll to trees in great bay.
42-1: you can talk to beaver as human after taking zora mask off and you can race as human.
42-2: dog's movement depends on your form.
43: you can fall to OoB in swamp shooting garelly.
44: you can fall to OoB if you backflip to N, S, E, West clock town???

45: if you go to swordman's school after 10 pm day 3, he is hiding.
46: you can use blast mask during swimming.
47: sakon explodes if you shoot with bow or hookshot.
48: you can dive into a road in romani ranch as deku.
49: enter sakon's house in day 2, wait until day 3, you can control kafei.
50: climb up ladder from behind in swamp.

52: using elegy on the platform to skip in ST.
53: you can buy hp with 50r in grotto near observatory.
54: you can get 30r from dampe if you beat all bad bats in day 2.
55: nejiron doesn't even appear if you take stone mask.

58: link gets into a block in puzzle room with light arrow in stone tower if you shoot light arrow from on the block.
59: if you play SoH to a guy in ghost hut, you can play the game with only 10 rupee.
60: if you use ocarina to a guy in zora hall, you can play the guitar sound with ocarina.
61: if you put away a deku stick with fire near torch, moths fly around it even it doesn't have fire.
62: if you slowly walk to stairs in WCT with 45 degree, link looks sitting.
63: in dog race, if you use hookshot to the chest from behind(aim little right from center), link keeps moving up down.
64: OoB in CT with deku flower.
65: if you play sonata to a guay who flies around clock town, he drops rupee.
66: if you talk to bombers as FD, game crash.
67: put a bomb, use ocarina when it explodes, play any songs. the song is interrupted.
68: after beating big poe in graveyard day 3, dampe is under the bed.
69: if you plat SoDT, day music is still played at night.
(it was fixed on jp 1.1 iirc.)
70: captains hut for ikana soldiers.
71: you can move during using bow or hookshot in sakon's hideout.
72: if you break stones on the wall in termina field on the west, those drop rupees or items.
73: you can do huge jump if you goron roll to trees in termina field.
74: stalchild can speak even if he doesn't have head.
75: long jump.
76: the ending cutscene is changed by mask amount. (lol)
77: you can go to OoB if you goron roll to right of 4 big snow balls in the map before mountain village.
78: bunny hood for postman's minigame.
79: explosive to the bell on stock pot inn.
80: beat snowhead, wait until night, enter and leave from goron's shrine, day music is still played at night.
81: you can transform to zora as FD if you enter water.
82-1: lottery's number is always same in the file.
82-2: you can get a key from anju between 1 pm and 4:15 pm.
83: you can use deku nuts to bombers.
84: if you shoot bubble right after using ocarina as deku, it looks bubble appears from trumpet. (lol)
85: ice arrow skip in ikana. (precise hookshot)
86: music isn't played if you enter STT at night.
87: enter bombers hideout with cucco.
88: blow up honey and darling.
89: if you die as zora in poison water in woodfall, you get fire.
90: if you ride on epona with dim B blast mask, you can't use bow.
91: you can enter gorman track with goron bomb jump.
92: if you cut all moving bushes, red rupee appears.
(i think it's RNG...)
93: you can do charge spin with great fairy sword if you hold B after swinging it.
94: if you cut signs with zora boomerang, items appear sometimes.
95: in dog race, take mask of truth, put dog in front of woman(make sure not speak on A), target her and throw dog, dog flies. if you talk to her, she asks "is that doggy fine?" w/o dog. if you release Z, the dog jumps after text box.
96: the voice after drinking milk with mask of scents is funny.
97: if you go close to sakon in ikana as goron or zora, he moves away. you can drop him to water and he still moves under water.

98: if you talk to toto and play the song after getting circus leaders mask, you can walk faster.
99: moon's tear skip.
100: madam aroma gets angry if you talk with kafei's mask in day 3.

102: if you hit the target outside H&D, it drops 3 rupee.
103: the man in trading post does different actions with a lot of masks.
104: if you quick spins 3 times in a row, 3rd one gets longer.
