Background: Kae YuNi was born in Busan, South Korea on December 16, 1994 to two very loving parents. Her early childhood was very bright. YuNi had a passion for music at a very young age. When she was in Kindergarten, she met and befriended Ho MiRi who later moved to Beijing. When she entered Elementary school, YuNi was a bright child who studied hard and would be found humming a tune. As she grew older, YuNi started to be picked on by a lot of girls because they happened to be jealous of her and her popularity with the guys (while they never talked, the guys always fawned after her). This led to YuNi to become depressed and suffer from anxiety. One day in sixth grade, a bunch of girls cornered YuNi in a classroom and Daehyun walked in on them. He jumped to protect YuNi and after the girls left, he took her to the nurse’s office where he stayed with her and they talked. After that day, they became best friends and when they moved on to High School, they kept in touch.
