- 1. No joining wars to sabotage peace deals/war effort without consulting the original participants.
- 2. When declaring war on a player or a players sphereling, or intervening in a war, you must pause the game and announce it in text chat.
- 3. When a peace offer is on the table immediately accept or decline or pause to negotiate a possible counter offer. No holding onto old peace deals later in the war. In addition, peace offers must not exceed above 101 warscore.
- 4. Multi province retreats are banned.
- Attacking, reinforcing, and retreating to/from neutral land is not allowed.
- No retreating behind battles to encircle them.
- Units that are in violation of this rule must be deleted
- 5. If a nation is in a player war and they have a puppet not in the war, it must be called into the war if the other side requests
- 6. Seperate wars may be merged if it makes sense in the context at a moderators discretion (in this case total warscore in both must add to 101 and they are surrendered together)
- 7. No releasing nations if someone is justifying on you, and no intentional nation-ruining.
- 8. Dominions may not use their own infamy, and needs to rely on their overlord for it (UK dominions such as Australia and Canada)
- 9. Negotiated Transfers need to be a legitimate deal and not one-sided (contextually decided by GM), and may not be used as an excuse to call someone into a player war as a means for them to add territory, e.g. for infamy. In addition, calling in someone last second into a player war to add wargoals or to gain a truce is also forbidden.
- 10. No exploits, if you find yourself asking "is this an exploit" ask the Gm
- 11. No sphering or annexing china outside of treaty ports, mongolia, manchuria, and sinkiang
