content approach for real title

1.  create a new course from real atelier title.  this would be the *standard course.  treat this as a master and DO NOT make any custom settings on cdf or adf or any.
2.  create course copies as needed for settings testing.
3.  content team would ONLY update *standard course across all envs.
Note:  No testing on Demo title.  Goal is to migrate to real atelier title.
