The New Girl Part 2

>You are Anon, a relatively normal highschool student, however today has been anything but.
>First there was a new student.
Then your teacher assigned a research project out of the blue.
>Then while you were sleeping the new student chose you as their partner.
>Now you're anxiously waiting for the final bell to ring so you can go home and relax without any new surprises popping up.

>BRRRRRZZZZZZT
>You breathe a sigh of relief and head for the door along with the rest of your classmates.
>"Remember, the research assignment is due two weeks from now, assignment turned in more than a day late will not be marked." Calls the teacher.
>You pay no attention and squeeze past the horde of other students and make a mad dash for the main floor.
>You fly down the stairs like a bat outta hell and rush to your locker.
>After this it's a ten minute walk to your video game and snack food laden fortress, or as most people call it, your bedroom.
>As you fiddle with your lock you notice a shadow being cast against the locker beside you.
>You turn to face the person casting the shadow and find yourself face to face with the transfer student herself. Ryūko Matoi.
>"So." She says, "we should probably get the details of our assignment worked out."
I guess, but we've got two weeks to do it.
>"Eh, I'm not great with science, so I was hoping to get it over with"
>You get the feeling that where she's going with this will interfere with your 'no more surprises' plan for the rest of today.
>But she has a point, you weren't much of a science whiz yourself and getting at least the basics out of the way was probably a good idea.
What did you have in mind then?

Why'd I have to go and agree to this.
>You've been following Ryūko for about  an hour now and between the pace at which she's walking and the fact that you don't usually walk this much in one sitting your feet are killing you.
>"Keep up Anon, we're almost there."
>That statement does less to relieve you as you realize that it means you're drawing closer to Ryūko's home.
>Nothing is more uncomfortable than being in someone else's house when you barely know them, and considering you met Ryūko only a few hours ago, you're on your way to putting the pasta industry out of business.

>Ryūko's voice snaps you out of your thinking and back to reality.
Gravity stuck around too, probably a good thing.
>You look around at your present location and your jaw drops like panties at an Ed Sheeran concert.
>Before you is an immaculate, white mansion with PGA golf course tier lawn, all behind a decorative stone fence with wrought iron spikes adorning the top.
>"Never seen the Kiryūin mansion for yourself huh? Personally I don't care for it. Now are you just gonna stand there, or shall we go in?"
