- Gaius Julius Caesar
- Many culture and technological advancements, can be traced back to the 1st and 2BC. This was largely due to one Roman Republic/Empire. During this time a general has launched at attack from the new Gallic main land, in pursuit of adding that land to the Roman Republic too, Julius Caesar. This man through epilepsy and other medical problems had built the basic foundations for many other cultures and regions even though he is dead. Julius Caesar managed to spread the borders of Rome from India to Britain the ruins of it still stand, proof is Hadrian’s Wall.
- Julius which effectively turned the republic into an empire and from that day forth after his heir died the Roman republic was destroyed not completely though. Julius even though he was a dictator he had massive support of the people however the senate didn’t like that and plotted his assassination, which lead to many civil wars and ultimately destroyed the empire from within. The man was such a value, everything after his death lead to one of the strongest empires known to man. Overall though with the Roman Empire gone, we still see bits and pieces of its existence every day. The United States has its national bird as the bald eagle
- In a way I would like to have some characteristics Caesar had, to be someone in those days and to hold such responsibility and even though he was a dictator he never used his military power on the population and was loved by his people.
