- Perhaps consider changing your password to something long and complicated that you cannot remember and write it down on a piece of paper. Put that piece of paper inside a weatherproof box or time-capsule. Dig a deep hole and bury it. Possibly while very drunk so you aren't exactly sure where it is.
- That way - should you need to - you can return. If that's not practical then I don't know what to suggest other than to learn some moderation. _Medio tutissimus ibis._ (Though let me add: nothing worthwhile is achieved through moderation!)
- Unfortunately, everything in your life is going to remind you of what's happening. It's not going away and there is no escape except to flee to the wilderness (something I've been considering haha).
