Please note that being a "candidate" is no guarantee that you will be chosen as an official squad leader. However, what it DOES mean is that you should start leading squads as often as possible because as of right now, you are being evaluated by our current officers. If we notice that you are running squads often, getting positive feedback and most importantly - getting good RESULTS, we will go ahead and make things official.

Sunday, Monday, Friday

I have been leading squads with decent success.  Yesterday we played kingmaker on hossin and made the vs commit do many troops to stopping us that they lost the alert with us.  Revenge for Friday night.  My squad made a key difference in anti armor and base defense with us consistently pushing them back.
I have been upgrading my galaxy and will be leading airborne hopefully and have been effective there.  Rhopkinz observed my max crash squad and it was very effective and fun.  And while I like to bhave silly nights on ops nights it's all business my squad reacts quickly and I have led two opts nights.  I am an active poster on the forum kind of a hot head and able to take criticism but I ALWAYS put the needs of swarm above everything else in game....real life likes big heavy wrenches in my plans but any time I can I help or offer ideas
