- Count Sheep [Volcano Head]
- Offensive M.Scizor BO
- Offensive M.Scizor is at, probably, its last point in the meta where it'll be viable ever due to 2 unique circumstances. The first is Tapu Lele usage being so low, which can stop Bullet Punch in its tracks, and can severely weaken M.Scizor or KO it with a Hp Fire. This is due to Magearna and Cele + Pex usage being high right now. The Second reason is Dugtrio usage being so high, forcing Toxapex to run Shed Shell. This will be explained in detail later.

- M.Scizor
- Offensive M.Scizor is an amazing late game cleaner, with its powerful Technician boosted Bullet Punch being further increased through Swords Dance, doing over half to M.CharizardY at +2. With enough boosts, Bullet Punch can blow back 6 Pokemon in quick succession, reminiscent of Western Gunslingers. Truly satisfying. However Steel is not the best offensive typing, with a lot of fat Pokemon resisting it, such as bulky Steels and Waters like Skarmory and Toxapex. However these can be gotten around with the correct moves and team support. Toxapex, Landorus-T and Zapdos are usually the problem for offensive M.Scizor, as all 3 resist Steel, Bug, Fighting stab and coverage, and can stall, status, KO or severely weaken M.Scizor. However Double Edge allows M.Scizor to break past these. M.Scizor can beat Toxapex by SDing up on the Toxapex switch in, and then +2 Double Edge on the Haze into a regular Double Edge plus Stealth Rock damage to do a combined min damage of 99.9% against the current 252 HP / 192+ Def Toxapex. This is where Shed Shell is important, as Toxapex would've gained the rocks damage back through Black Sludge recovery and turned the roll into 87.4 - 103.2, which is heavily not in your favour. Zapdos and Landorus-T will need more chip, as they're not as passive as Toxapex. Bug Bite is used to break the slower walls such as Chansey, Tangrowth and M.Sableye after boosts, and also as the main alternative to Double Edge, to not get chipped by recoil.
- Magnezone
- Magnezone is M.Scizors Superpower replacement, trapping and beating the Steel types that now wall M.Scizor. In particular Celesteela and Skarmory. This Magnezone also traps M.Mawile with Z Thunderbolt and a Substitute for Sucker Punch, which is nice as the team doesn't have a switch in, but more importantly, the Sub is to help alleviate Dugtrio trapping and often giving Magnezone free Subs Vs the trapped Steel tpyes. The Z Move + Sub makes Magnezone far less of a drag on the team, and allows it to put in work against the opponents team, despite its slow speed and the Zmove often being used for breaking non Steel type walls, such as Mew. Magnezone can run alternate items, as discussed later.
- Tapu Koko
- Tapu Koko is the teams revenge killer and pivot, revenging +1 Volcarona and helping Vs Shift Gear Magearna whilst bringing in M.Scizor against Tangrowth and Magnezone under Electric terrain. Tapu Koko is 99% of the time the fastest Pokemon in the match, helping it revenge kill almost any threat and paired with M.Scizors Bullet Punch allowing it to revenge threatss such as speed boosting Magearna and Landorus-T. With its speed and Electric terrain, Tapu Koko can act as a late game clean with Wild Charge, dealing slightly more damage than a Scarf Garchomps Outrage.
- Landorus-T
- Landorus-T plays multiple important roles in the team, while hitting hard with Earth Plate (no soft sand peasantry), acting as the teams wall breaker too. Stealth Rock are extremely important for the team, allowing M.Scizor to beat Toxapex, as well as generally chipping the opponents team, slowly putting them in range of boost Bullet Punch. LandoT is good at getting rocks up Vs stall too, as well as generally breaking it, as it 2hkos 248 HP / 116 Def M.Sableye and can beat Skarmory and slow Zapdos with Smack Down into EQ, forcing there switch. LandoT also lures in Skarmory on stall, allowing LandoT to Knock Off its Shed Shell, giving Magnezone chance to trap and opening up the team for M.Scizor. Knock Off also gives LandoT the chance to solo stall, Knocking Off Clefables Leftovers allows LandoT to beat Clef on the switch, and Knocking Off Chansey Eviolite, allowing EQ to cleanly 2hko, while also opening the door for Tapu Kokos Wild Charge.
- Tangrowth
- Tangrowth is the teams switch-in to the world, checking a large portion of the meta game, such as Pokemon like Tapu Koko and Specs Greninja. Tangrowths spread was made to increase its Physical Bulk, allowing it to check Tapu Bulu and check M.Sawmpert better. The spread allows Tangrowth to live +2 Z Wood Hammer from +2 Jolly Tapu Bulu and and not be 2hkoed by M.Swamperts Ice Punch after rocks. Allowing Tangrowth to Ohko both in return. However this does leave Tangrowth more susceptible to special attackers, being 2hkoed by Ash Grens Dark Pulse after rocks.
- Latios
- Lastly the teams Fire resist and hazard removal, Latios. Latios is the teams only Fire resist, and on a team with 3 fire weak Pokemon its very important, though the team is not meant to switch in to everything and was designed to have quick decisive games. Latios has Recover from improving longevity throughout the match, allowing it to consistently switch into resisted hits, and pivot, defog or fire off a hard hitting attacks. Due to Latios being the only fire resist there is sadly no Draco to be Dropped and instead Surf to lure Heatran, and severally weaken it or remove it, however, you will have to play carefully, as once Surf is revealed Heatran is incredibly hard for the team to weaken, so Waterium Z* can be run with Electrium Z Magnezone, giving you two options throughout the game, or Thunder Plate Magnezone, giving Magnezone a boosted Thunderbolt Vs Spdef Celesteela, while not locking it in or weakening it through Life Orb recoil. Shuca Magnezone can also be used to help against Dugtrio, though EQ still Ohkos if a Sub is used.
- Greninja*
- Scarf Greninja was initially used over Tapu Koko, leaving the team not so Fire or Ash Greninja weak, however severely weak to Shift Gear Magearna. Scarf Ice Beam and Gunk Shot was incredibly nice for cleaning late game and Gunk Shot to remove Tapu Koko early game though surprise factor. I used Scarf Greninja slightly more than I have Tapu koko, hence the more replays, however Tapu Koko provides more for the team, while also keeping a Scarfer with U-Turn, providing important momentum gaining.
- Greninja (M) @ Choice Scarf
- Ability: Protean
- EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Naive Nature
- - Ice Beam
- - Rock Slide
- - Gunk Shot
- - U-turn

- Weaknesses
- Heatran
- The best way of beating Heatran is through Surf Latios. However, if they scout or just happen to predict a switch when you reveal surf, Heatran becomes much more of a menace to the team, with Knock Off Tangrowth and Rocks being the next best way to chip and wear down.
- Dugtrio
- Magnezone is needed to trap Steel types such as Skarmory and Celesteela, as M.Scizor cant break through these. Dugtrio makes this a problem by trapping your trapper, removing your way of trapping Steels, essentially leaving M.Scizor walled. So be careful with Magnezone as Eject Button Pokemon such as Latios can break your Sub before being hit and sending in Dugtrio.
- Zapdos
- The teams is only weak to fast Zapdos as its main switch in is Latios, which doesn't appreciate Discharge para, the best way to beat is is through chip with rocks into Latios or Tapu Koko or Z Magnezone with Electric Terrain or Stealth Rocks/small chip.
- Ash Greninja
- Once Greninja achieves ash form, Tapu Koko dies to Specs Water Shuriken after a bit of chip, Tangrowth is 2hkoed after rocks by Dark Pulse while Latios drops, and the rest is Ohkoed by Hydro. Tangrowth is the key to not letting it Ash form, if M.Scizor is healthy, +2 Bullet Punch does around 60% min and the fact its locked in can be abused.
