this is a compilation of what I've seen and my own personal inferences
Melee:
MNK:
The blitz forms upgrade to the rising pheonix etc we saw, probably at 90. before then they're stuff like tornado kick, steel peak, howling fist
blitz is a bit weird, mnk rework is a lot bigger then people think
2 same 1 different blitz is called Celestial Revolution, 450 pot single target, opens lunar nadi. if you already have lunar nadi, opens solar nadi.
Anatman and Riddle of Earth are unchanged
lv90:Don't know the name probably transforms your normals blitz moves into the upgraded versions we've seen

DRG:
new full thrust
lv90: don't know the name, obviously the double dragon move though

NIN:
Gets a bunshin finisher(?) called Phantom Kamaitachi, 550 potency to first enemy, 50% less to nearby enemies. can only be executed while under Bunshin. lv82
Nin now has a thing called "forked Raiju" after using raiton that gives you the gap closer and Chidori.
The Instant Hyuton is just a low potency GCD move that gives you full Hyuton it's ONLY for people who are bad or transitions that make your buff fall off
lv90:probably the forked raiju since its not the bunshin finisher

SAM:
Ikishoten gives you Ohi Namakiri ready
Ogi Namakiri weaponskill 800 potency first enemy (75% remaining). buffable by kaiten
Kaeshi: Namakiri ability 1200 potency firest enemy/75% remaining
Aoe Yukikaze: 120 all nearby, combo off fuga, gives 10 kenki, grants setsu sticker
Midare potency nerfed to 660
lv90:probably the trait that gives Ogi Namakiri

RPR:
Communion, channeled finisher for the "reaper" phase, 1k potency

Paradox:gained when switching from ice to fire or vice versa, replaces f1, costs mana in fire not in ice. refreshes both fire and ice. has a decently high chance of granting a 30s firestarter buff in fire
Amplifier: grants one stack of polyglot, 120s cd
Also not shown but inferred:f5/b5 aoe upgrades, instant foul trait upgrade

RDM:
Embolden now buffs physical and magical
aoe shield is 10% mit 5% healing(maybe, contested)
circle thunder in trailer is upgrade to verthunder 1, there's also a veraero 1 upgrade but not shown
the 3 diamonds on the gauge give acess to verholy/verflare
new follow up to scorch, Resolution. it's the line aoe we saw in the trailer
