Alright so Twilight Princess speedruns timing, how it should be done?

ZFG pointed out yesterday (October 1st) that TP runners should use same timing method because some people used to delay their timer and start timing from Link's movement and some people doesn't use delay.

I personally would change to file select timing without delay, I just used delay before because I saw everybody doing the same thing, then suddenly some people started to use no delay in their timer.

I didn't think this would happen, but it has to be done in hard way and start something like this suddenly after I finish my run and look at Pheenoh's time, then point out about timing method.

BUT

Any% No S+Q is single-segment category, right? It isn't Real Time Attack, SDA rules about Single-segment didn't allow savewarping and timing starts from characters movement. While RTA timing depends of the community, either start timing from reset or file select.

So what is gonna happen with Any% No S+Q?
Start timing from character's movement or same as every other categories? Timing would start from file select.

Yeah, this is confusing I know, I would rather use same timing for every category than one category has different timing. So what TP runners says? I'm gonna start using file select timing, no more delay.
