- I understand very well why people might edit out a numberplate. It has evidently gone over your head that the numberplate itself was already *public knowledge* before the article was published (i.e., it served no point concealing it). _But don't dwell on that_. It will hurt your *dummy brain*.
- Instead - here's my second question: Q2) *In what way does it make sense to edit out the numberplate from one photo but leave it in with the other photo?*
- Now keep in mind you spastic - _and this is important_ - that the same photo of the taxi *with the numberplate visible* had already been posted online.
- That means the news article *could easily* have used the photo *with* the numberplate visible _but instead went with one where it had been removed_.
- Everyone understands why numberplates are routinely censored. *But those everyday reasons have not been consistently applied* - _and so something about this particular instance is different_.
- You are being asked to explain *why you imagine it makes sense to edit out the numberplate from just one photo - _but not also from other_*. They appear together - merely 100 pixels or so apart.
