otherwise, complete counting up, change to "end of alert" sound file, wham

sub train - this is probably not going to happen till I get my more robust alerts set up

timer - if any alert is playing within 10 seconds of the end, switch to overtime mode
overtime mode: play through the rest of the alert queue - the queue will consist of ALL alert types, and can be added to.

if the stack completes, overtime ends after a 5 second delay.
