Infamous #3

You never know who will be a Conduit, and lucky for me I was never tested by D.U.P. Unlucky for me I somehow ended up growing up in Chicago. It's Chiraq alright, murder everyday on the streets, crime is high and D.U.P basically purged all native active conduits. I don't think they were killed, unless they were problematic but they certainly never came back if they were ever released.

I started college but it wasn't until my 3rd year did things turn for the worse. Somehow I expressed my latent conduit gene, and it became active. It wasn't long after that I had regained my memories of my true self. First thing I did was take Elizabeth on a shopping spree. Well it wasn't on our dime, I had used hypnosis to hand over their credit card.

I bought her everything from shoes, underwear, skirts, shorts, pants, and lots of makeup bags. In the end we racked up thousands of dollars worth of charges across multiple credit cards. I also bought me some new threads and shoes. It was a blast! I would never do something so bold as this before. I was always afraid of the cops and punishment, but that has been lifted. After all who's going to believe they handed over their credit cards because someone asked nicely.

I balanced school work with teaching Elizabeth how to be human. Unlike being a Pokemon it doesn't come naturally. I taught her the basic education, like how to read English, basic math and technology. I enrolled her in GED course so that she could learn more. I didn't return for a fourth year in college, instead opted to take Elizabeth on a world tour.

Infamous world mirrored my own to a certain point, so it was perfect to teach her about my world. All in effort to help her  be comfortable with being human. Utilizing hypnosis we didn't have to pay for a lot of things. Those that resisted the hypnosis were kindly knocked out by Elizabeth or by be tazing their ass with my conduit powers.

Soon enough the decade had crept upon us. We did get caught multiple times by different police forces. However we always managed to walk away from situations, and with minimum injury to both parties. Few times I had pull out the Alakazam and Elizabeth had to go Charizard. Only once did I have to pull a Mega Alakazam when we drew the ill intentions of a gang of conduits. I hope our next journey will be interesting.
