  1. The Town is a mysterious 'HUB' of sorts, dedicated to keeping the heroes of the Arena safe and stabilized. Upon victory, your character returns here. The town map includes several points of interests, which are detailed below...
  2.
  3.
  4.
  5.
  6. ---------
  7.
  8. Graveyard: Upon death, your character must be revived at the grave. The death toll of your character is equal to 50 gold for every death your character has suffered. Upon reaching a 500 gold death toll, your character will die permanently. The grave will include markers of permanently deceased characters.
  9.
  10. -------
  11.
  12. Crafting Zone: A Bizarre workshop of sorts that includes a lumber mill, along with a very shoddy looking workbench with an assortment of scattered tools and accessories. Various stains of different colours can be found across the old work bench, and it's manned by a bizarre man...
  13.
  14. Craft Object(25 G): Here, you may craft things! Bring the required objects to Squid, and he'll fix something up for you at the measly cost of 25 Gold.
  15.
  16. NPC: Squid, The Craftsman: Squid is the Workshop manager and is essentially a very wide-eyed, deranged looking man in tattered garb. He wears an enormous squid at the top of his head, which seems to remain wet and fresh despite being outside of water.
  17.
  18.
  19. ----------------
  20.
  21. Inn: A very pretty looking tavern that's essentially a two-story building with a purple-tiled rooftop. The building is punctuated by golden embellishments while a swaying sign reads in embossed, yellow letters: "MoonCricket inn.".
  22.
  23. NPC: Moon Cricket: A pretty Elf with straight blonde silky hair that falls past the shoulders. If it weren't for the seemingly hooked, almost bulbous looking nose he had, he'd be a very pretty sight. Moon cricket dresses in green vestments, further pronounced by golden embellishment.
  24.
  25.
  26. Soda Pop: 50 Gold, restores 2 AP.
  27.
  28. Energy Drink: 100 Gold, Restores 3 AP.
  29.
  30. A Burger: 50 Gold, Restores Health.
  31.
  32. Spaghetti Bowl: 150 Gold, Restores health fully, takes 2 AP To consume.
  33.
  34. Pizza: 500 Gold. Restores Health fully, and can be separated into three slices.
  35.
  36.
  37.
  38.
  39. ---------------------------------------------
  40.
  41. Blacksmith: The smithy is essentially an open forge that displays various weaponry. The forge is ablaze with the flames of WAR!
  42.
  43. NPC: Erl the Smith: An exceptionally buff man that stands probably about 7 feet in height. His biceps have biceps and his abs have abs, visibly distorting the leather apron he wears to protect himself from the flames of his forge. His face is wrinkled and surly, with a scarred eye and greying hair, along with a boxed beard and huge handlebar mustache.
  44.
  45.
  46. CURRENT MATS: Materials determine various bonus effects given to using a weapon or armour.
  47.
  48. Steel: Nothing special, does nothing of note save for...well, be metal. Doesn't effect any pricing.

  65. PORTALS
  66.
  67. The town center contains a variety of shimmering colours that illuminate the horizon. The whole square casts a myriad of dancing lights and gives the water a prismatic shine. The following portals spawn here:
  68.
  69. Arena Portal: Your average portal, for battling things and basic progress. Shimmers purple when a boss or difficult challenge is beyond the portal.
  70.
  71. Dungeon Portal: A Yellow portal. Opens periodically to provide a whole dungeon to clean up, usually providing different puzzles or rewards based on the dungeon setting. If you want to upgrade the town or find unique loot, do the dungeons. You may spend 100 Gold to open the Dungeon Portal at any time.
  72.
  73. This amount increases with each purchase for the portal to open. The portal is currently closed.
