What are some general things we should know about you? (IRL)
Im 15, My favorite video game of all time is Skyrim, I hate sports, I Love going around town, And my favorite shows are Breaking Bad And The Walking Dead!!
Why do you feel you should be staff on our server?
There are so many reasons i feel i should be staff on HexicPrison: but i'm going to narrow it down to three reasons.
The First reason I feel i should be staff because my whole intention of wanting to be staff is not to just have s Suffix.. its to have the responsibility.
I want to make this the best Prison EVER!!! There are three things that really make a server stand out 1. Amazing Staff (To me Amazing staff is staff that does not get short with players because they are having a bad day or just don't know how to handle situations the correct way.) 2. Really great builds (Great builds really make a server stand out and can really make an Amazing first impression to new players.) 3.A very well developed server with very good plugins (having bad configed plugins or just bad plugins in general can really MAKE or BREAK your server.)
The second reason i feel i should be on the Staff Team of the HexicHomiez is because i have ALOT of patients.. When it come to staff they all need to have patients that's what makes players want to stay because they are having a pleasurable experience when it come to conflicts with staff.
There is one thing i want when it come to this server..... and that is wanting to watch this server grow to have more players than Mineplex.
Ive been around sense this server had a max of 5 Players; now the server has an average of 80-100! That is just phenomenal!!!
I know this EULA Will not put this server down because when they knock this server down we are going to get right back up and fight!! I know Anthony has a plan.
The third reason i feel i should be staff is because i know what it takes to run a server. I know commands after commands and i know i will only get Kick, Mute, and Tempban and that is perfectly fine with me. I don't think Guards should get anymore than that.
Ive always loved helping people... it just makes me feel good that i helped someone that had a problem i was there to help them solve it no matter what it is.
I LOVE talking to players on TeamSpeak 3 because i love talking and communicating with the HexicHomie community.
I strive to be the best that i can be!
One of my goals is to be the BEST guard on the server and hopefully soon get promoted to Warden.
I can guarantee that i will not let you down. i will be on the server everyday watching chat and making sure every player that has a question there question will be answered with a smile on my face and show them that i care :)
I know you get ALOT of applications an i hope mine stands out.
Like i said in the earlier I want this position for the Responsibility .

If you were staff what would you do to make the server the best it could possibly be?
Now i can go on forever about this topic but i'm going share with you a few. If i were staff i would make the server the best it can possibly be by making players want to stay because the staff is amazingly nice and interactive. I am a bit different than your other staff and people can see that. I love talking to players in chat and on TeamSpeak 3; And what also would me apart from the other staff is when i join TeamSpeak i wouldn't go to my own staff channel, I would go into the channel with all the players and talk to them about really anything!
When i speak to players and they say they like talking to me it makes me smile because i feel i'm doing something right.
If you accepted me you would not regret it and i can promise you that. When i played on the server i played alot of DayZ and League but i am more than willing to let those go when i'm on Duty. I will always put the server before my urges to play something else.
When i am on the server i will try to not just help players i will also try and help other staff aswell. If Hary needs ides for a new build i would love to be right there and help him with some ideas!
If Darth_Small needs help watching chat i would be more than happy to say "Hey just take a break ill watch chat for a couple hours"
Because i am an all around helper!
I think if the players and Staff get to know me better they would see who i really am.
I would make this the best server by stopping all of the Drama that goes on behind the scenes... i would try my best to be neutral and figure out a solution. If the staff is not happy, The players are going to notice.
One way the players can tell when a Staff member is unhappy is when the Staff member is getting short and blunt with players.
I would make this the best it can possibly be by Welcoming new players so they really feel Welcomed..
I have been playing Minecraft for almost 3 years so i know Minecraft better than most players on HexicPrison.
i dont know just Minecraft alone i know alot about servers aswell like i stated above.
My door is always open. in other words i can help anyone at anytime with a smile on my face ready to help.
I feel i have what it takes to be a HexicHomie Staff Member and if you give me the opportunity to prove it to you, i will not let you down.
I have played HexicHomiez alot lately and ive seen that some players have trouble getting places and that is where i would step in and help them with anything they ever needed.
That is what i am here for!
Why should the HexicHomiez accept you into the responsibility of being Staff Member?
The HexicHomiez should accept me into the responsibility of being a Staff member because i am always always always ready to help with anything needed.
We are all human and we all make mistakes and im going to tell you my Pros and Cons.
My Pros: Im always open to help anyone with anything at anytime. I know soooo much about HexicPrison its almost sick, but that is because i'm involved with the community (Player and Staff)
I try to make jokes or just make the players laugh in chat and in TeamSpeak 3 but i do not go to far with my jokes to where they are inappropriate or offend anyone.
I communicate and get involved with the players so they are comfortable around me. I want players and Staff to be able to talk to me about anything that is on their minds that they want to get off their chests.
How i am in game and in TeamSpeak is really Who i am IRL
I want people to feel that even though they have never met me they really know me.
My Cons: I have very few to be honest..
If a players is getting upset with me but not disrespecting me i may get short with them and start to get blunt... its rare but it happens
I don't want to inadvertently lie to you and say i will never get short with a player. I am human and it happens to everyone.
Lots of new players and players that are new to Minecraft can get confused playing on a server like HexicPrison.
They are new to the game and at time HexicPrison can get confusing because to get places it causes you to use alot of commands that new players are not used to.
So i can help players with the Simple commands like /Rankup and /Plotme auto and to help them get to Parkour or to the other mines and maybe help them with lottery.
Like i said 500 Times i am more than happy to help any player with anything at anytime.
I am trustworth so the owner and other staff can trust me that i can handle the chat and anything with players with or without them on the Hexic Prison Server.
I try and make myself open to any conversation. I always try and take the Rational path to solving a problem.
To me Not everything should resort to kick or mute but when it come to it i will not hesitate to do so.
1 thing i will do when a player is advertising is i will tempban them for 1 day -86400- and Take a screenshot of their username and report it to an owner so they can Ban or do what they have to do to that player.
That just about wraps up my application for why i want to be staff of the HexicPrison Server.
